had a great time to stay there in March 2018, the place was super clean, the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, although the room was kinda small but i was alone so it didn't matter and most of the time i was going in tours and attractions, the location can't be more perfect as its really close to many attraction areas such as the pantheon, Fontana di Trevi and 10 min straight walk to the Colosseum and roman forum
Great location (close to Panteon). Very clean and comfortable rooms. Extremely nice and helpful personel. Breakfast is more than sufficient. It is in walking distance to all historical places in Rome. Strongly recommended.
Great location -great hotel
We arrived to Rome for four days , hotel centrally located , close to all the tourist sites. Small hotel with all facilities expected from a four star hotel , very clean , exceptional personal service , nice breakfast ,and very nicely renovated
Wonderful hotel at a perfect location
We stayed here for a week at the beginning of June and from the moment we arrived until we left, we were completely satisfied with our stay. Starting out with location, the hotel is located right at the heart of everything we wanted to do. It is located just across the street from the Altare della Patria, on a very quiet side street. For being so close to such a busy area, we couldn't hear any noise at all from inside the hotel. There is a bus stop about 100 feet from the entrance to the hotel if you need to take public transportation anywhere, which we took advantage of one of the days to get to the Vatican City. It is a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum/Forum, and the Pantheon. We chose to stay in the superior double room with terrace, which very surprisingly was less than half the price of nearby hotels. The room consisted of a living room, bathroom, bedroom, and private terrace with two entrances, wrapping around the outside of the top of the building (it is huge!!). The buildings around it are a couple stories taller, so no sweeping views of the city, but the neighboring buildings were full of gardens outside, which made for a very peaceful setting. The rooms inside were a bit on the smaller side, so for some people it may feel a bit cramped. There is a minibar, safe, TV's in both rooms, hair dryer in the bathroom, and coffee maker. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job tidying up when requested. Breakfast was available daily downstairs and they even brought in pizza and other food from around the area on a few days of our stay. Overall, the hotel was a great value. We spent a few weeks trying to find the right hotel in a walkable location at the right price and I'm glad that we settled on Hotel Mancino 12. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit.
Great hotel centrally located
We loved staying here. Only stayed for 1 night as we were just traveling through Rome but it was a great night. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are large. The towels are amazing! Good breakfast spread in the morning. The location is very central to a lot of attractions, shops and restaurants. Would stay again!
