A good average hotel
Hotel is close to the main Rome sites, by metro 20 min from Vatican which made it a very practical stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they let us leave our luggage in the hotel the last day of our stay, while went for a last walk, although we already checked out. The only downside was a VERY small room that was obviously intended for 2 people staying, and we were three. The third bed was an extra bed and there was barely place to stand in the room. We had to take turns when it was time to get ready.
Too much noise
When we arrived we were told that we had to stay in another part of the hotel and we ended up staying in a sort of basement although it had light so that was okay. The staff there was very helpful with our luggage and with showing us where we would be staying. The room was nice but a little too small for the price we paid per night. The bathroom was also very small and was not very clean (the toilet hadn't been flushed and the sink had a fruit pit). It had a TV, though, which was nice. I wasn't able to sleep through the night with all the noise. It was a small basement, and since people can come in 24/7 there is a lot of noise. People laughing, talking... I could hear everything. Besides, to come in, you have to ring the bell. That should tell you something. The breakfast was okay. The milk was warm and nice, it had ham and cheese, white bread and a few cakes but would not stay in this hotel again.
Family trip to Rome
It is a good hotel for a family to stay for a couple of nights. The reception staff was awesome from India. He helped me for everything. The breakfast was not that good but was OK ok. The room was clean and lift was working. I would like to stay again at this hotel.
Must be the best 3star hotel in Rome
Best 3 star hotel ever. Staff extremely helpful, room spacious with a comfy bed; cleanliness all around. Best thing is breakfast: delicious, sweet bakery stuff, ham and cheese, milk and fresh juices-all included in the very good rate. Location: 5 min suburban rail-ride to Termini station (stop is a few min away from the place) or 15 min by bus/tram plus walking combination. If back to Rome, we'll definitely stay here again!
Far from center, poooooor breakfast (pastrama, cheese, brad, tea and coffee thats all), o lot off aints in a room, near train so you hear nose in a room. Terrible bads, bathroom is very small. The elevator not comfortable...in order to use an elevator you have to come up to first floor or to come down to -1 floor with bags. The advantage is that the metro and rain station is near the hotel
