My favorite hotel in Roma!

Lovely property! Very attentive staff!
When you walk in you see a beautiful Murano chandelier, spotless lobby. Just gorgeous.
Check in was relatively easy.
The Lumen Garden for cocktails was special! It was my sisters birthday and they brought out a cute little cake with champagne. Emilio, looking forward to seeing you again!
We were in an Imperial Room, it was spacious and had a great view.
I met the General Manager Giuseppe, who was smiling and talking to guests.
I was at this hotel when it was The Grand. It has changed for the better, but still has the charm and exemplary service! I’m Titanium Elite for life and Ambassador Elite, this hotel is one of my favorites.
You do get continental breakfast and we were upgraded to the Imperial Room.
Giuseppe we will be back with our family! See you soon! La Dolce Vita!
Better than St Regis New York!

This is the nicest St Regis property I’ve stayed at, and I thought it would be hard to top the St Regis New York. It is luxurious, well located and the staff are lovely. The rooms are huge - we received a Titanium upgrade to a St Regis Suite, and very well appointed. Wonderful linens and bath products as well. Thank you for a great stay!

I don't know of a luxury hotel I've stayed at that is more consistently professional, clean, well run, friendly, and classically beautiful and spectacular over the course of many years as the St. Regis "Grand Hotel" in Rome. This is no exaggeration (and FAR superior to the typical Bonvoy Hotel). As I've said before, if you want to guarantee yourself the service, luxury, and grandeur of a 5-star hotel in Rome, then THIS is the place to go. Many thanks to the staff on treating us for a drive in their "tres chic" electric Fiat (available to guests for short transport) and wonderful bar service in their beautiful new lounge garden, Il Lumen, as well as a special thanks to Andrea Motolone-- the nicest and most professional hotel manager in all of Rome. We SHALL return...
Lumen Garden great spot for aperitivos

We stayed at Hotel Hassler but hopped in for a quick drink in their courtyard called “Lumen Garden” after some sightseeing in the vicinity. Environment is super chic and service was outstanding. St Regis Grand is stunning from an architecture standpoint (I do not like it’s location very much tough). Our drinks were served with free flow of crisps, olives and small sandwiches. Also, we were just in time for the daily signature St Regis champagne sabrage and had a nice chat with servers and barkeepers. Apparently, the sabrage tradition was started here at St Regis Rome. We were offered a free glass of the sabred Italian sparkling wine even though we were not staying guest if the hotel (we have stayed at multiple other St Regis properties though) which I found very generous. All thumbs up for Lumen Garden.
Rome classic elegance

One of the most amazing and iconic hotels in Rome. It’s in the center of everything and a walk to the train. Check in this time wasn’t as wonderful as our first visit but the hotel just finished a renovation and it’s amazing. The garden restaurant is breathtaking. The most amazing breakfast. We got upgraded to a suite but it wasn’t as wonderful as the last trip but the beds here are second to none. I love the beds. They accommodated us with a connecting room with my parents which was nice. We miss our friend who used to be the head butler- Guiome.
