Simple no-frills hotel, very new, modern, clean
Reviewed 7 september, 2022
A very simple no-frills hotel, located more or less in the middle of no-where (car required, far from the city center). Parking costs €9 per night. Poor soundproofing in rooms, very slow Wi-Fi, and no way to lock the room door from the inside (no security chain or thumb-turn on the door). Satisfactory, but not impressive.
One night of rest before driving to Berlin

I stayed here on my second night in Rostock, on back to back round trips from Berlin. It is situated in what looks like a kinesiology clinic. THere were some very nice conference spaces in the hotel building, with a rooftop room that gives a great view of the area. Parking is ample, and the room is well equipped with bottled water and sufficient power outlets. I did not see much nearby, but the onsite restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast the following morning. I highly recommend this property for folks staying in the area.
Thank you very much!

We got to this hotel by accident and were very pleased. The staff were helpful and nice. The hotel itself is new and our room was very very nice. The breakfast was good and healthy. It was easy to get to the old town by bus number 5. And Rostock was worth visiting. Thank you and see you again.
Hotel with athletic atmosphere.

Nice, clean, modern Hotel next to the stadium and indoor ice skating rink. Everything one normally needs in a hotel, with a friendly staff, plus a lovely view from the rooms on the top floors. We would stay here again.
Reasonable in Rostock.

This is an almost new hotel on the outskirts of the city and standing next to the main football arena. It is very clean, modern and the staff are very friendly, speaking excellent English. The rooms are comfortable and offer all that is required although the door to the room should have an eye hole as in a large hotel even I am not too happy about opening the door not knowing who is there! There is a small bar and a restaurant but as yet they are relatively unknown and are extremely quiet. You do need to shop around for the best price as they range from €65 for a double room, including breakfast to €80 without breakfast for which they charge €10 per person. There is a regular bus route into the city which is about 15 minutes ride away and so this hotel is ideal for those who prefer to be a little more on the quiet side of Rostock.
