Dirty and not 4 star

Bathrooms had debris in the sink, as if it overflowed. Mildew on ceiling in shower. Staff walked in unannounced. Room was noisy and I don’t think noise policies are enforced. Would not stay here again.

If you want to stay close or nearby of entertainment, access to capitol, major freeway, restaurant and with class I would suggest to stay Hyatt Regency you will not regret it. Little Pricey but it's worth while.
As Always Hyatt Regency Delivers a Great Stay

We have become accustomed to always staying at the Hyatt Regency whenever possible. We had a convention to attend and knew because it was at the Hyatt our stay would be awesome. The checkin people are always pleasant and as well as passing staff personnel in the halls. Our convention area was wonderful so glad we went.
Would stay again but......

We stayed here for one night as we were attending an event at the hotel. I already knew they would not be enforcing masks in the ballroom but did not enforce it in the rest of the hotel either. The event was to last until midnight but around 9pm they started clearing all the items off the tables, including the water/water glasses. We had to pay $5 a bottle for the remainder of the evening. The food was good, the server we had was excellent!! We had a king room with a window that opened and was said to have a view of the capital. There was a peek a view room and the window opened about 4 inches. The room was fine, water in the room cost $4 if not a Hyatt member. There is no where to unpack your suitcase, no dresser or room in the closet except to hang items. The bathroom had little counter space, the blow dryer and hand held mirror were in the closet. The room was clean and bed comfy. I would stay here again if in the area. We did not utlilize any other services at the hotel.
Disappointed with the amenities listed

I wanted to leave this review so that others will know about the certain amenities listed for this hotel. The Starbucks and gym are not accessible from inside the hotel; to get to the gym you will have to walk down the block in order to use it. Be advised the area did not seem to be the safest which is why I did not use this feature. Parking is also at an additional cost to hotel guests and the hotel itself can only be accessed through one floor of the garage--although I would not risk parking my car on the street.
