Nice Place To Stay
Renovations are under way. My room on the 3rd floor was very nice and had been renovated. Barbara at check in was very nice and informative. She recommended a very good italian place to order delivery from. There is plenty of truck parking.

Arrived at 2:50 PM I asked the clerk to check in. I was told room not ready till 3:30 Keep in mind checkin is at 3PM. I told clerk to cancel and was told I would have to pay for one night. I called the customer service as this was not revealed on the web site. He said hold on I will call. The rude clerk would not answer the phone. I asked to speak to the manager her reply was I don't have his phone number she told me she can only contact him by email, I asked what if the hotel was on fire, her reply was I send him a email Other folks came in and checed in without reservations and given a room. Finally got checked in and went to room 118. What a disaster this room was. No closet or place to hang clothes. The iron board would not collapse, so with the two furnised hangers we used iron board to hang to shirts on. The microwave hade food stains and particel of food in it. The lamp shade on desk had stains on it. The biggest surprise was the privacy curtains. There was big water stain on them Two feet long and about 10 to 20 inches wide and that was only on. The sheer panels were stained. My wife saw the housekeeper and told her she came in looked and said nothing I can do. Air conditioner filters.The only nice thing about this room wa the bathroom. I have sent two emails to the manager and one to corporate, NO REPLYS FOLKS DONT STAY HERE Nothing good about this hotel. Stay at La Quinta
Not a bad place to stay if you are looking for something right off the interstate
This place was not a bad place to stay, but as others have said, it is being renovated, and it needs it. My closet, well if you can call it that, had no door, no rod to hang hangers on, and no hangers (more on the relevance of that in a minute. The hallways need some work, as do the window treatments. Back to the lack of hangers, the blackout window treatments did not overlap, so I usually take the hangers the have the pinchy things on them and overlap the blackout curtains and use the pinchy things to act like clothespins and completely blackout the room. The front desk did come up with a couple for me when they came to my room and realized the problem. Getting in and out of the parking lot is somewhat mysterious, but can be figured out on the second or third attempt.
A Mixed Bag but Fairly Good
Location is great, right by the Outlet Mall. Front desk and check-in excellent! Our Bathroom was very, very clean, with probably brand new fixtures. Shower was great. Big screen TVs. Where the place falls down is the dark hallways which are run down, kind of grubby, and begging for a facelift, fresh paint, and some lighting. New carpeting is a must, as it was stained and ripped in many places in the hallways and in our room. Breakfast and breakfast room was fine. Would stay there again; maybe next time it will have been renovated.
dirty smells and manager wouldn't respond to our written complaint
dirty, smells and the bathroon shower, which was recently refurbished leaked out into the bathroom. We had to use towels to be able to walk in the bathroom. Manager wouldn't respond to our written complaint. We made a complaint to the front desk. No manager on duty. They gave the email address and we wrote a note telling about all the issues. We were never answered. Very poor customer service.
