Hotel Avenue

Great little hotel within walking distance from Rubinstein Street with its great variety of restaurants and bars. Near Metro and other central sights. Very friendly staff who was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast served in room with a big smile. The room was clean and spacious. Overall highly recommended.

In the saddest part of the city after one narrow street and located passing a dark tunnel with trash bins...a depressed little place with an entrance that looked like the back door of a doubtful establishment. First thing we see at the tiny entrance is an ironing table!!! Smelly room, tiny shower, no towels, liquidified soap, tiny shampoo, bed for the third person not made, only one cover on double bed. We had to ask for a second! No dining room. "Breakfast" is served in staff kitchen!!! We left next day...but the taxi took hours as he couldn't find the hotel hidden after the dark tunnels and exitless road. Total sham!!! And I am usually tolerant, adaptable and flexible. But this place I read of three stars has really only the ones in the sky! Not even visible from that ... Ghetto. The only good thing was the attention of the only person there. A young girl with 5 words of English but very kind and helpful.

Hotel sans prétention mais dans lequel on se sent bien et qui est plutôt bien situé pour aller voir les principaux sites touristiques. Seul difficulté: le personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais, il a fallu nous servir d'un traducteur sur téléphone pour pouvoir communiquer.

L'hôtel est propre, la literie bonne. Le personnel est agréable bien que ne parlant pas du tout anglais. La localisation permet d'attendre facilement le centre ville à pied. Par contre le petit déjeuner est quasi inexistant mais il y a des cafés aux alentours. En conclusion bon rapport qualité/prix.

Расположение отеля рядом с метро Звенигородская и недалеко от Аничкова моста, это удобно, что бы взять экскурсию по рекам и каналам. Радушная хозяйка в отеле, готова оказать любую помощь, позволила оставить вещи до заселения в отель, дала нам зонт в дождь ... Милая, улыбчивая, все делает сама, гладит пастельное белье, готовит завтрак... Кстати, завтрак такой богатый, мы были приятно удивлены, в отеле всего 4 или 6 номеров, но наготовлено было очень много и на любой вкус: свежий творог, сметана, молоко, кукурузные хлопья, вареные яйца и жареные, масло сливочное, мед, кофе вкусный, настоящий. Кровать большая и удобная, теплые одеяла. Перед отъездом я узнала, что есть особая система скидок на проживание в этом отеле для постоянных клиентов.
