This property is great!
This hotel is amazing. The staff including Genesis is very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my stay there. Genesis speaks both English and Spanish and was able to assist me with having a smooth check in. She also made sure I was served breakfast and also assisted me in getting dinner. And the price is great as well.
Solid hotel for overnight in Santiago
Hotel is not as nice as Hodelpa down the road, but it is still very good for the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is a bit dated but it was perfectly fine. The property is nice and in a decent location. They offer breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again for an overnight in Santiago.

Maritza is the best front desk worker in the world. Incredibly personable and nice. She even helps me practice my Spanish and always goes out of her way to make the hotel guests feel at home in the hotel. Definitely made my stay here that much more comfortable
My stay at my favorite hotel in Santiago for the past five years
One of my favorite places to stay when I'm in Santiago... it's truly like my second home... lisbeth.. Genesis.. Maritza... all make me feel welcome... also chantel.. the front attendant once you enter... I recommend this place if you like a quiet peaceful and pleasant stay...

As I was staying there they took great care of me, great food great rooks great everything. and I lost my phone there and they found it and contacted me and sent right away to me. very honest people 🙏🏾
