This location is in extreme disrepair. From the moment you ;lay eyes on the broken screen at the front entry it is a huge disappointment. When you walk in the unit is bare bones and dark. One lamp in the corner lights the living space where the couch began immediately to cause myself and my daughter to have asthma and allergies. The refrigerator in the kitchen had rust on the front and mold in the door gasket. The range knob on the main burner did not align with the temperature. so it was on high when it was turned off. There were no amenities in the kitchen, no towels, soap or paper towels. There were 2 glasses in the kitchen and 2 forks. No bowls of any size. . When you go into the bathroom there is mold all throughout the glass block tile in the shower. The mold became progressively worse as the week went by.. The bunk beds were unfit for my daughter to sleep on. We had to move the mattress on the top bunk to the bottom to provide enough comfort for her to sleep. The trash and linens from the prior tenant were sitting on a chair on the back deck for a full day. I took them and placed them outside of the deck area. the trash was picked up, but the linens sat out there for the rest of our visit. The sheets and linens that were provided were cheap and just not what a person would expect of a place that is asking over $350 per night. Deck has trip hazards. terrible week and I was so looking forward to it.
Manager said you could walk across the street to beach access but there is no beach access unless you walk 2 miles down the street. No beach umbrellas available. would not recommend staying here.nicer places to stay around there.
This place is amazing!! The manager Trisha was the best and so helpful! I was in a sticky situation and I’m so glad I called her! This place is adorable, close to the beach, and quiet! I will definitely be staying here again!
My family enjoyed our stay last weekend. 4-12-19 to 4-14-19 Patricia was the best on accommodating us last minute. The condo was clean and cozy. It had everything you would need for a trip away from home. I cant say enough about the location and accommodations. The customer service we received was amazing and we will be staying with Lido Islander for all of our trips to lido and long boat. Thank you Patricia for everything! Laurie- kissimmee

I would give negative stars on customer service if possible. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an Airbnb/ rental. Drove two hours to this condo for a weekend getaway with my husband. Stopped at Publix for food to cook since it’s a little condo with a full kitchen. Picked up an envelope with instructions on how to get into the place down the street. While it was extremely difficult to find in the dark, we finally found the door and carried all our stuff over there. Unfortunately the code would not open the door. We tried for 10 mins before calling the number on the instructions. (All over the instruction sheet and the building where you pick up the envelopes it says in bold ‘PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO CALL 24/7! WE ARE HERE TO HELP AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT!’) We called the owner Danny for over 30 mins as we stood outside the door waiting to get in. We emailed. We texted. We left voicemails. We tried everything. Then we waited another 30 mins in the car hoping he would call us back. He NEVER called us. We had to throw all the food we bought away. Since we were extremely pissed off and it was 10pm, nowhere else was easily available. So we had to drive all the way back home. Airbnb is now handling the situation. Major thumbs down Lido Islander!!
