The customer service I received from Booking.com has to honestly be the most outrageously and surprisingly rudest customer service I have ever recieved from from individuals working within customer service. The treatment I received from this buisness in response of a complaint I had about a room I booked that in all honesty was incorrect on their advertising.I told them I wasn’t looking to get my money back or get free stays and in response all I got back was I misunderstood the advertisement as if I’m suppose to know a advertisement advertising “King bed double rooms” meant only one room not a conjoining hotel room. I was made out to be the enemy and they had no care in the world. If your booking a hotel with them and booking a hotel room that is right is paramount and you can’t afford for something to go wrong then do not use booking.com

This hotel is HORRIBLE! Reaks of weed..I originally got room 133 (HORRIBLE) sheets were filthy, used soap in the tub, poo in the bathroom , red food all over the walls . Went down to request a room change on my way down the hall a guest had thrown there moldy microwave plate into the hallway. Got switched rooms.. This will do for 1 night.. The place is a dump. Ice machine broke, cable don't work. 2nd room was cleaner than 1st but still dirty. Smh, do not stay here!!! Go somewhere else. I really will pass on any quality in on..

So as usual I am on another business trip. This time in Boston, MA. So on the fly I booked myself a room at this QualityInn. Choice Hotels are kind of my go to for cost. So you never know what your gonna get sometimes. But this time I lucked out big time!
Right off the bat the check in process made me feel super important. I received my bonus points for status, but I also received a small gift of cookie and water. It’s the simple things sometimes. But then I also got a room upgrade which is hard sometimes to get even being a higher tiered member. But he did it without me asking! Super professional!
The room was also one of the best I have stayed in. Super clean, super nice and just felt good.
All the amenities are nice and clean and Updated! This is a hotel I could recommend for both business and for families. Kids would love the good size pool! This one for sure goes on the favorites list.
Got some sleep...

Good highway hotel comfortably above the standard.

Visiting family in the area called ahead to book 3 nights. Helpful staff person on the phone. Good rate offered. Room was clean, comfortable bed, good water, both pressure and heat. Breakfast in lobby (free USA Today newspapers) is better than many. Changed each morning.
Breakfast room staff very friendly. Only criticism is the coffee. An automatic vending-type machine (free) did an instant mix with hot water in seconds but it was nearly undrinkable. The loction is a bit of an inconvenience as they are located on one side of a divided highway and if coming south, as we were, had to pass the hotel, exit at a poorly marked street, jig and jag on town streets, crossing under the highway and then return to highway heading north. On leaving had to go north (or take a quite circuitous route on many town streets) and then after 2+ miles exit, cross highway and return heading south into our family destination in Town of Malden. Added 10-15 minutes each way but became less of a challenge after second day learning the route possibilities. IMPORTANT NOTE: ALWAYS call directly and ask for best rate. When small properties are forced to list on 3rd party sites, they give up 20% to 30% plus a service fee to the listing sites. SO, as an example, IF a room is $100 at the property, they list with a site at 20% off, so $80 and then due to fees, they receive even less so, only $70 or so from the website. YOU might get a rate of $85 or $80 but they get $70. If asked, especially off season (but always ask) properties would often offer a 10% or 15% discount so YOU get a break and they get a fair room rate. The Trivagos and Expedias of the world result in crunched rates to the operator and the profit goes to the listing site, not who makes the bed, cleans the toilet and serves the breakfast. We would stay there on a future trip - just PLEASE work on better coffee! Thanks
