Not the cleanest with stains on the sofa and chair-pictures attached. It was painful to site on the sofa bed because the cushions sank and the frame pressed into our legs. The pillow seatbacks were ripped with the internal stuffing coming out. Breakfast was watered down OJ, bagels, donuts and there was a waffle iron. The location was selected because of the proximity of other vacation activities and to fill in a day between timeshare resort stays.
Don’t do it. Very unclean.

Checking in was very easy, no issues. We were directed to our room and to be honest outside was very questionable. (There was a man walking around drinking.) Our room was a second floor king corner suite with balcony. Before entering it was apparent this was a older hotel (that is ok, dirty is not). Now to the room itself… room had an odd smell, dirty walls and doors, stained furniture, towel left on balcony, nasty windows, dirty microwave inside and out, stained lamp shades, no pull out bed linens, stained floors…. the list goes on. I did pull back the bed covers and it appeared to have been cleaned and changed but when I checked under the mattress pad for bed bugs (which they were no signs of by the way) there were potato chips on the mattress. We immediately decided to go elsewhere and went to the front desk. The lady that had checked us in was very nice and apologetic. (Although she didn’t seem too shocked) There were no issues with getting a refund. I would most definitely not recommend staying here.
*BUYER BEWARE* Stay elsewhere!

Terrible hotel. 100% smoke free is a myth as the whole place wreaks of cigarette smoke. The surrounding area outside of the hotel is disgusting, ghetto and does not appear safe for anyone - man or woman - arriving at night. Witnessed a pizza food fight during my check in, in the lobby, unruly kids screaming and running up and down the halls, adults getting high and all around super shady behavior..not to mention sooooooo much noise that you’ll be lucky to sleep at all. Terrible stay, filthy shower and bathtub, smoke-filled room....I’m easy but this was just GROSS all around. Pay $20-60 more and stay elsewhere. Choice hotels needs to figure their game plan out with this one. I’m inhaling nothing but smoke in a 100% smoke free hotel...
A Surprise in Savannah

This is an older hotel judging from the furnishings and finishes, but it was very clean and although having a room on the first floor, it was very quiet. The rooms need some refurbishment but are well-kept. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. One young gentleman helped us with the television when it would not turn on. They will help you find places to eat and best places to visit in Savannah. The breakfast buffet is small but plentiful. The scrambled eggs were always perfect and sausages full of flavor. It is located away from downtown and historic Savannah but that is not a bad thing. We parked our car at the hotel and took other transportation to go historic Savannah. We will stay here again.
