Beautiful hotel with a lot of character, yummy coffee, fancy cocktails, great food and excellent service. Would 100000% recommend !! Also the pillows and towels were so soft and luxurious and the water pressure was PHENOMENAL
Great location and decor, mediocre everything else

Overall our stay was fine. Decor was cool and bed was comfy. Building was lacking some basic things like accessible ice machines. Overpriced for the quality but you’re paying for the location. Be prepared to shell out for parking if you drive (35 bucks per day in a lot a few blocks away).
Bed was extremely comfortable the room itself was nice, the rest left a lot to be desired.

I was recently booked here through Be The Match so I could donate at the Seattle location.
I read other reviews regarding the front desk staff and thought there was no way the experiences I read about could be that bad. However, my wife and I received incredibly unenthusiastic or friendly service at the front desk in all but one instance. When checking in we were offered no suggestions when we asked about where we could find food, we checked in around 7PM and their in-house restaurant closes fairly early. During the second day while I was at Be The Match our room key expired as the stay had to be extended by one day to deal with an extended donation. I'm sure my wife will be leaving an accurate review about how unpleasant that experience was. At the same time, the person at the desk said that Be The Match had left a gift basket that we were supposed to receive when we initially arrived, going to get the gift basket seemed to greatly irritate the girl at the desk. My wife was able to get the room key issue resolved after a small ordeal. "Inhospitable" is how I would describe the general front desk staff. When we were checking out, however, we interacted with someone who appeared to be a proper manager and the service at the desk was wonderful.
Pro tip: If you have to stay here, try to be sure to book at room that isn't on the east side of the building. The east side is against a small alley and you will hear every single truck that needs to go through it for garbage collection/other businesses. I would have rated sleep quality higher, but a LOT of trucks drive through that alley. I'm sure my value rating would be higher if we weren't situated on the 2nd floor on the alley side of the building, but your sleep will be disturbed multiple times throughout the night.
Pro tip II: Von's or Japonessa Sushi Cocina were the two places we ate during the trip, they're within easy walking distance and delicious.
The location itself is prime, just across the street from Pike Place Market. The beds and pillows were wonderful.

Location and service is great. The hotel was accommodating and responsive and you are very near the market.
The rooms have a unique style and feel and come stocked with snacks and drinks. We also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for coffee and breakfast.
Cozy Hotel in a Great Location with an Old Word Vibe

I was very impressed by this hotel, it was nothing super fancy but the decor inside was adorable and the location was great, the staff was wonderful and helpful. As an ex-hotel manager guest relations is so important to me even if some amenities are lacking, and they really nailed it.
I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 am well before check-in and they allowed me to store my bags while I explored the city and freshen up in one of their private lobby bathrooms. The staff at the restaurant there was wonderful as well. I want to give a shout-out to William at the Hart restaurant, Collin, and Mrs. J the manager (I don't want to misspell her name, sorry!!), on the hotel side. I don't normally write reviews, but at a time when everywhere seems to be short-staffed and the staff that is working are overworked and clearly stressed, everyone here was such a good vibe and deserves the shout-out. They went above and beyond.
The location is right by Pikes Place Market, target, drug stores, restaurants, shopping malls, and a 7-minute walk from the nearest Link-Train stop that runs from the airport. It's a perfect spot if you want to snipe a visit in and out of Seattle in a short time and see all the touristy stuff quickly. There was a lot of homeless around that part of town, but I'm not sure if that's just Seattle as a whole.
Will stay there again.
