Might be the best Quality Inn and budget hotel in America

Wow. This property is WAY better than it needs to be. I almost don't want to write a glowing review because I don't want this GEM of a hotel to change what they are doing or raise their prices.
First off, I made my reservation for the wrong weekend and the General Manager, who was running the Front Desk, was thankfully able to accommodate us, especially when it was my mistake. THANK YOU
Second, the room was just amazing for a Quality Inn. The fixtures, decor and furniture were great quality. Reminded us of a Great Wolf Lodge or even Disney's Wilderness Lodge...they were that themed and well taken care of.
Third, breakfast was just perfect. Plenty to chose from, something for everyone, good coffee...and was being attended to by the General Manager as well.
Fourth, rooms and property were quiet and in a good, safe location.
Fifth, the General Manager. He was a pro. Clearly working all hours and all departments, likely due to COVID-19 related staffing challenges, and did it all with a smile in his eyes, a positive attitude and a polite demeanor.
Can't say enough about this property, will for sure stay here again next time in Selah visiting family.
Great place to stay

I stayed with my family (including 3 young kids) for 1 night and was very pleased with the attentiveness of the general manager, the cleanliness and quality of the facility, and the options available for breakfast. The fitness center and pool were open. I could hear music/TV from another room until 2:45am, so sound carries well inside. But overall, it was a great place to stay and reasonably-priced. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Hotel clean, quiet and friendly. Did not see many other guests, despite cars in parking lot so one wonders where hotel hid them? Front desk staff friendly, GM remembered me (by room #) on 2nd night when returning to hotel. Personally, took a while to figure out TV set up. Lower channels (i.e. CBS, ESPN type) not identified on screen w/no info in room (covid?), but if you scroll to higher channels, and there was many, I mean many, and weird, but identifiable channels. Must confess, found channels where you watch people play Minecraft & Call to Duty a bit odd. They offered Netflix as well. Breakfast was well presented and offered a nice variety and coffee is available all the time in the lobby. Found location convenient for me to visit family but not sure where other business would be generated from. Hope they do well as I will return
They Are the BEST

We recently had an extended stay because of family business. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in all the way up to the end of our 11 day stay. All of the staff became friends and offered us all we needed to run an office from our room, the conference room and their business center. They started our day with a filling hot breakfast and we often ate our evening meal on the patio. Their concierge service was above and beyond; so good in fact, I've called them twice asking for help finding services I've needed in the area since coming home. It was also so nice to be in the smaller town of Selah right on the edge of Yakima. Thank you, Friends, at Quality Inn Selah North Park
