Convient Place
Stayed here for a night with My family while traveling.This is reasonable priced clean and comfortable hotel. Close to interstate and carpet was clean hallways smells good WiFi work perfectly good. There was also microwave and refrigerator in room.
BED BUGS! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
If I could have given it 0 stars I would. This place is DISGUSTING. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Inspected the room before going to bed because it seemed pretty sketchy, but I was not expecting to wake up to a bed full of BED BUGS. As well as the room not having the microwave or mini fridge it was promised to have. And that is if you can look past the make shift tin foil shower and wet laundry on the floor left by the previous guest. Customer service could have turned this situation around but instead Sam Patel, the manager, insisted we brought the bed bugs with us and that there was nothing he could do and no one else to talk to. When I asked him why he was okay with his rooms having bed bugs he stated “not all of them have bugs”. So after a horrendous stay in an overpriced, under cleaned room, I’ve spent the morning on the phone with corporate’s customer service. Just warning you people- whatever other options you’re looking at.. just go there and save yourself the trouble.
I’d rather have COVID-19 than stay here again
This is a cheap hotel but that is the only thing in its favor. It’s dirty with soiled furniture. Highlights included a very used Q Tip that must have entertained a fair few guests given its age. Under the bed was a needle cap and what looks like blood stains on the wall which sends shivers down the spine of anyone who worries about hygiene. The reception staff seem confused. When my card key stopped working the receptionist said he gave a new card to a man. As a single woman on my own in this hotel it didn’t inspire confidence in my security. When I called him again saying I was shocked he told me that he thought it was housekeeping. When I asked whether he gives a card to housekeeping every time they want to clean the room I could almost hearing him shrug his shoulders! Needless to say I terminated the rest of my stay.
Disappointed and displeased.
A romantic evening in a jacuzzi room thwarted by a cold room and a jacuzzi that had no hot water. Problem not resolved by front desk, so we had to leave and seek accommodations elsewhere. While I was well aware I had not booked a five diamond resort for a last minute weekend getaway escape, I had expected far more from a Wyndham property.
DISGUSTING
During our stay, upon arrival after a 9 hour drive and checking in we took our luggage to the room. As walking to the room the halls reeked of multiples of smoke smells. The floors were very dirty, walls had stains on them. When getting to the room, as we were about to relax and lay down. We found the linens were not clean whatsoever. There was still hair from the previous customers stay all over the pillows, there was a large pink dried up wet spot on the blankets. The couch inside of the room looked like you could catch a disease from it. It was covered in stains, had duct tape on the holes in the couch,along with a lingering smell. When notifying the front desk that we need new sheets they informed us that the cleaning crew had the “key to the laundry room” so he was unable to help us until they came back at 9pm. When we arrived around 3:00/4:00. So instead of resting we had to go find things to do until 9. When we returned and asked about the linens the front desk worker was very rude. And simply said no you can’t have new sheets. After having a pointless heated argument we left to purchase blankets we could use for the night. This experience was the worst I’ve ever had.
