Nice Property
No hot breakfast offered at this time due to covid, small assortment of cold cereals, yogurt, juices NO coffee in the lobby either at this time. There were some heat to go egg and cheese biscuits too. Room was great, clean & comfortable, there is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room as well. We stay at Marriott properties primarily and this is one I would go to again.
Excellent Fairfield.
This hotel is in a great location, easily accessible from Avenida Cochise from the 92 or the Buffalo Soldier Trail. It is right next to The Mall and there are plenty fast food outlets within a five minute drive. The hotel itself is a modern, clean comfortable establishment, which provided a real safe haven for us as COVID 19 was beginning to arrive stateside. The staff were all super nice, especially the ladies on reception! Thank you for your sense of humour in difficult times - we loved it! Breakfast was still buffet style during our visit and much appreciated. We enjoyed lying poolside on the comfortable sunbeds and dipping into the pool which was nicely heated. All in all we had an excellent stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Quiet clean hotel
Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and a bit different every morning. Breakfast staff was so nice. Pool was not working and front desk night lady was not friendly or helpful. We won’t stay here again.
Nice property
I checked in to rest for a day of travel the next day. I knew nothing about the property or town. Check in was good. Myra checked me in and was so pleasant and personable I must mention her by name. She did have to go an extra step for my reservation, which she did with initiative and kindness. She made such a good impression of the hotel. The hotel was pristine inside and out. Clearly a great team works here. The room looked new or recently renovated. Everything was comfortable.
45 Days
Spent more than 45 days at this hotel. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, and generally enjoyable. Room was reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, there are no freezers in the rooms so one is limited to a very small refrigerator. once we worked out the confusion with housekeeping, the housekeeper went out of her way to accommodate my very strange work schedule. The front desk staff went way beyond the call of duty. My company worked extensively in the lobby using the conference tables. They provided cookies and beverages whenever they could. Breakfast does not vary day by day. so if you're staying at this hotel for an extended period, you will get bored with the breakfast after a few days.
