A Bit Dated But Great Staff

We stayed here for a short weekend in October. The staff was attentive and friendly, the hotel very clean with comfortable beds. In the restaurant customer service really showed, they were spread thin but apologized and were on top of the crowd, plus it was the only place not closed Sunday evening. The only reason I give four stars is the hotel is definitely showing it hasn't been updated in awhile. It was more affordable than other options but it felt like for the price is could use some sprucing up. It was mostly just old carpet, could use some paint, modern lighting. Overall though we highly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again, it was convenient to everything.

Great location. Convenient parking. Helpful front desk. Most affordable option in the area. Let us store our bikes in our room for safe keeping. Did not go to the bar/restaurant, but it looked like it had a great atmosphere.
Nice place to stay in Aspen, CO

We stayed in Stonebridge Inn for 2 nights. The room was clean and was comfortable. Not sure if it was upscale enough for the price we paid for the stay. It was close to the Maroon Bells shuttle stop in Aspen Highlands.

Overall we had a very good experience at Stonebridge Inn. Some things were slightly outdated but it did not bother us and was never an inconvenience. Very good customer service and excellent service and food at the restaurant on the property as well.

Some of the issues with the property: - There was no proper communication on when room service is done - The wait times at the service desk are long - The property charges 2$ per bottle of water. I have stayed at 3 other hotels in the same week, none of them charged me for water. - The sink in the bathroom was partially clogged - The rooms on this property do not have centralized air conditioning, the website did not mention that. It's not a deal breaker but good to know in advance. - The room I requested was mountain facing but what was given to me was pool facing. The property should be more clear about what they are offering. - The restaurant on property could not accommodate for vegetarian requirements in the soup they were offering for lunch/dinner The rate per night does not justify the service delivered
