Excellent hotel, respectful staff, and best accommodations
Opinión escrita el 7 de Junio de 2021
Thanks to the entire hotel staff especially the manager Raj for a very pleasant long term stay, very convenient location and smartly built, ultra clean hotel. The staff here is extremely accommodating, courteous, respectful, and on top of things.
A particular thanks to the manager Raj for making our reservation work for us and resolving problems with strong professionalism and courteousness.
A nice bonus was the full range of amenities that are very useful, practical and necessary, from the advanced gym to the choices in the pantry to the always available fresh replacement or restock of towels or tissues etc by easy request.
I've stayed in "worse" hotels, but never had worse service. There isn't enough space here to tell the full story.

I stayed here for 2.5 weeks for work. TLDR; Every little thing is a problem, & it's like they got surprised by being a hotel.
Typically no matter what the “star rating” of a hotel, when as guest asks something, the response is: “yes, I will help you.” If they can’t, they offer some sort of option or a sincere apology. Not here!
The daytime manager is unbelievably rude to everyone. Many requests are met with his disbelief that you even asked. Examples from myself & others I saw:
Top-tier BonVoy guest denied request for late check-out. “We have to clean the rooms, you know.”
Guest with 4 people & only 2 towels in room asks for more. “There’s only so many towels. We don’t have enough for everyone to have extra.”
Guest washing machine stops, full of water, with clothes inside. Asks if manager can help. Nope! Suggests putting more money in the machine. When guest says she doesn’t have any more coins, he tells her go to a store to get some change.
Accidentally broke 2 glasses in our room. When I asked for help cleaning it up, got a lecture: "Those aren’t your property, you know, they belong to the hotel,” & we were charged $25 for something worth literally pennies.
Meanwhile, the area outside the entry to the hotel is covered in litter: masks, plastic bags, beer bottles, cigarette butts.
The Element design seems good & I’d try it again: large comfortable lobby & nicely appointed rooms. But this location is poorly managed & I’d never stay there again.
What a disappointment

We specifically booked a one night stay for our family of four in order for our two young children to enjoy the pool. They were so excited. We were not traveling - this hotel is a half hour away from our home. In consideration of Covid concerns we called the hotel the morning of our arrival day to see if we could check-in earlier than 3pm. The person we spoke to on the phone advised us that they could likely accommodate us at 2pm and offered us a few time slot options that the pool was available. We packed up and piled into the car. Ran a few quick errands and when we were ready to head to the hotel we again called to verify that a 2pm check in would be accommodated, and we got Brandon, the front desk manager. He informed us that no we could not check in before 3pm and THAT THERE WAS NO AVAILABILITY FOR THE POOL and that the hotel was at capacity. Needless to say we were incredulous. We decided to drive over there anyway thinking we could get better service in person and perhaps figure out a way to at least schedule a swim session for the following day. We went into the hotel lobby (it was literally empty other than two staff members) and attempted to discuss our dissatisfaction with the situation as we specifically called to address these issues in advance. The pool is in clear view from the lobby and was empty for the entire hour we spent in the lobby. Not a single guest checked in during this time either, but Brandon made sure to tell us just how busy he was (we did notice that he had a pizza delivered for himself during this time). Between desperate calls to Marriott, we continued to plead with the manager and instead of trying to accommodate us in any way, Brandon pushed our check in time even LATER eventually telling us it might be four or five before our room would be available. At one point he shared with us that there was actually one time slot available the following day for the pool but then smugly pointed out it was “at 2pm, after checkout.” What a sociopath! Needless to say we did not stay as we had planned. Be forewarned if you plan to stay here with any expectations! The service is absolutely horrendous!
Great Customer Service

I recently had to go to NY to check on my 85 year old mother.
The great customer service started 2 days before I even checked in. I sent a message requesting an upgrade and was immediately awarded an upgrade.
I then requested extra items be placed in my room.
When I checked in the gentleman at the front door greeted me like I was a visiting dignitary and informed everyone that the items I requested had be placed in my room.
He then explained to me the extra precautions in place due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
My room was beautiful and it’s the 1st time I’ve stayed at an Element Property but it is one of the most Planet Friendly Hotels I have ever stayed in.
I will stay at Element Property’s during my future visits
A Pleasant Surprise

Brand new hotel with very comfortable studio suites. I felt like I had rented an apartment for the weekend rather than a hotel room; everything worked great. Many restaurants and stores nearby (the hotel is within walking distance of a Target). Very friendly staff too!
