Stayed 2 nights, nice place. Very comfortable beds, coffee maker, fridge, cupboard, spacious bathroom and liked having shelves to put my things on. Nice pool and hot tub, larger than average gym with a rowing machine, treadmills, elliptical, stationary bicycle and weight machine similar to a bow flex type. I would suggest pump hand sanitizer be placed inside the gym as I missed it the 1 st time going in, it is near the door but on the right. Liked having ice water in the lobby. Hotel really needs to add an ice machine on the 1st floor, though. Luckily, we were on 2 nd floor, but drove here from out of state, so need ice. Great burger restaurant inside the hotel, and feel a coupon for a few dollars off for those who stay here might entice more guests to eat there. We did have a great meal there(see separate review). One drawback was that only one side of the 2 bank of elevators were working while there. I did find staircase, but signage is a bit confusing as door I exited to get from 2nd to 1st floor was brown, then when I went to walk back up the stairs, I tried the brown door, which did not open, desk clerk heard me talking to another guest and advised me the grey door was to the staircase, so maybe more clearly labeling? Definitely a 3.5 star place. Parking could be tight if full as lot adjoins the hotel next door.

A good buy in an overpriced market.

With easy on and off access to the interstate, and the convention center a short walk away, this hotel has a good location for business travelers. It is about 45 minutes distant from the west entrance to Zion, so if you want to enter early, plan your departure accordingly. Our room offered a fabulous view of the surrounding mountains, and came with a refrigerator, which we always value since we travel with dry ice and perishables. The room was clean and quiet, the bed and pillows comfortable (we love IHG beds and pillows), and the outdoor pool and hot tub really hit the spot after a day on the road. We would happily stay here again, and look forward to doing so this winter.

$83 for the room all in! Good location. Easy access off I-15. Not sure how old this hotel is but it’s in great shape. Fast, friendly checkin. Room was spotless with ice cold AC. Great burgers downstairs at Burger Theory. Girlfriend and I each had a burger and fries. She had 2 Moscow Mules. I had 3 draft beer. Total was $58 with tax. Very much satisfied

Needs better signage near the highway to let people know which exit to take. Conner was excellent by getting us moved when the air conditioner did not work properly. I think the hotel could do a better job when something is wrong with the room to give a free breakfast or other meal in the restaurant attached. I had to ask for that. We had another problem with the second room. Jeff the maintenance person came and got the issue in the bathroom fixed for us. I cannot say enough about these two people and their commitment to customer service. Jeff also brought us a snack for my grand daughter which was much appreciated. I am sure that was out of his pocket and my granddaughter liked it. Pool was pleasant. Restaurant was mediocre and the waitress had no idea what gluten free was or how to make substitutions to accommodate a person with dietary requirements. I would think training might come into play but... I am sure I do mot get paid to train the staff at restaurants, I should!

Rude and dirty.

Expect a dirty shower, and an extremely rude night staff. They hung up on me when I asked for a rollaway bed. I went down to ask for at least a blanket and they rolled their eyes at me, with no words, found a small sheer blanket, and threw it at me. The hotel was sold out I’m assuming. Which is understandable with the rollaway, but the rude service was completely unnecessary. I was with my family, and we had just buried our father that afternoon. Sleeping on the floor, with horrible attitudes wasn’t necessary at all. Management included laughed at us about our stay on the floor. Also make sure you bring some fungal spray for your feet. The shower was disgusting.
