A good modern hotel located some 10-15 minutes from Stanberg Nord S-Bahn and given the lack of taxis at the station luckily an easy walk, though the brick paved pavements are touch on a wheelie case.
Very much an upper niche business hotel, but with rooms that are stylish and not the usual L shaped box. Good food, and good service.
Clean & Luxurious

My colleague had a deal that we could book a room for one night for 145 euros including breakfast. This was a very good deal for this hotel.
It is clean, up to date, enough luxury, very good breakfast, free mini-bar, free dolce gusto coffee, good wifi, etc. The staff is also very friendly and it has a good parking space. For this special deal price it was definately worth it.
A perfect break

We had the junior suite, it was a great size, comfy bed, amazing pillow menu, fantastic modern bathroom with a good shower. The complementary mini bar was refreshed everyday with a couple of local beers and a nice health drink. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the sauna and steam room which were also good. Breakfast was great quality. We will return.

Stayed here for three nights.
Chose this hotel as I prefer the modern outlook of a more business-oriented property, over the family-run alternatives.
Whilst this hotel is not on the shoreline, it’s only a short walk through pleasant residential streets to the heart of the town, main station and lake. It’s also very convenient for the Starnberg Nord station.
My room on the fourth floor was comfortable, with a window between the bedroom and bathroom. A clever Venetian blind built into the double glazing ensured you could restore privacy.
I appreciated the free minibar and it was great to see a coffee machine, though a kettle for boiling hot water for tea would have been useful.
Housekeeping was good, though although the broken lightbulb I left out was taken away, a replacement wasn’t provided. And on the last morning, even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door, the housekeeper tried to enter.
The breakfast was very good. Other than on the last Friday morning, when the restaurant was busy with families, this was a relaxing experience. The buffet section was comprehensive, although I would have preferred not to have had to specially request fried eggs. Doing that always slows things down. It being a warm week, they also had the terrace doors open. Unfortunately that meant the food serving area and restaurant suffered from a fly problem, with the flies allowed to settle on the food too.
I didn’t eat dinner in the hotel. It’s a personal thing, but the choices and style of cuisine on offer from both the restaurants didn’t appeal.
Should I return to the town, I would certainly stay here again.
What an amazing hotel!

I travel a lot and this has to be one of the best hotel experiences I've had.
Service was perfect.
Excellent bar area with cocktails/food that was served quickly and tasted great.
5 minutes from a beautiful lake with plenty of spot/activity options - we ran round part of the perimeter for 20km, you could just keep going if you wanted further!
The room was clean, well appointed and had benefits such as a free, stocked minibar and nespresso machine.
The bathroom/shower was great, well lit.
The breakfast buffet was lovely, lots of fresh options and a nice range of cooked and cold dishes.
Service again was fantastic and all for a great price.
Why stay in Munich on business when just around the corner is this beauty... We will be back again!
