Perfectly fine - not lux but it was what it was. Cheap for a two bed suite. Would have preferred a two bath but not bad. Everyone was super nice - from
The associate who checked us in to the breakfast attendant. Pool was open if that matters for tog in Covid.
What a LOVELY surprise!

Oh this was our first stay in a Towneplace Suite-- and we're SOLD! The accommodations were clean, roomy, DELIGHTFUL! The staff were friendly, the room was quiet, and we felt safe amid Covid19 pandemic, especially because we were able to open the window and let fresh air in. We were delighted that this was a dog-friendly hotel-- it was the REASON why we chose to stay here, and yet the suite was free of odors and we didn't hear neighboring dogs barking the entire time. Lastly, what a DELIGHTFUL town Streetsboro is, with local restaurants and an adorable main street-- this is a destination for folks that want to get away for a quiet respite!
Everything we needed

We found our room to be very clean, with the exception of some white hair on the floor, but overall it was great. All of the staff that we encountered were so kind and helpful. We came to hike in the Cuyahoga state park area and this was the perfect place to settle when we returned. There are many restaurants and stores nearby as well.
Very disappointing. Expected more from a Marriott property. Will not return!

My family and I stayed in a very small 2 bedroom suite this past weekend. I was shocked to see that the building looked very run down. Landscaping is nasty and several items are in need of repair. The furniture in the room was very uncomfortable. The bathtub did not drain well and the paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling off. But the absolute worst part were the mattresses! They are hard as a ROCK! My back and neck are still recovering. The kitchen is very tiny. Thankfully, we didn't do any cooking and ate out at local restaurants. Blue Canyon is a MUST, by the way! I don't normally take the time to write a review on hotels, but I felt very misled by the reviews I read for this property and felt that I owed it to others to give an honest review. I will say that the staff was very friendly and helpful. But, unfortunately, that did not make up for our awful experience at this hotel. We will not return.
Subpar for a Marriott

I stayed two nights and overall it was okay but there were several smaller things that were disappointing. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds I think I've ever slept on in a hotel, ever. Very stiff, like a board. When I went to wash a load of laundry, the machines looked like they'd been through a war. The agitator cap on the washer wouldn't stay on and ended up mixed in with my clothes, and one or two of the machines were completely out of order. The choices for breakfast were disappointing--this seems to be the case everywhere in these Covid times, but I wish Marriott could do better. The yogurt and granola bars are fine, but the muffins are those cheap pre-packaged ones. The only other possibilities were juice and coffee; nothing hot to eat. One thing I usually like about Marriott hotels is that at least the TV setup provides the TV guide option, but not at this Towneplace Suites. Nope, here you have to surf through all the channels to figure out what's on. I know it sounds petty, but I really appreciate this when it's offered. On the plus side, everything in the room worked and I couldn't hear neighboring rooms very much.
