Muy buen lugar, la atención es excelente... especialmente Rudy Reyes al pendiente para orientar y ver que no falte nada durante la estancia.
Bien comunicado el lugar para ir atracciones de Houston. Staff de lujo.

Hermoso hotel y muy bien cuidado. el personal siempre te recibe con una sonrisa!!!!
El desayuno buffet es amplio!!! wafler, jugos, frutas, yogurth, huevos revueltis, pancitos, donas, etc etc etc
y en la tarde de 3pm a 10pm hay popcorn y refrescos gratuito.
También de 5pm a 7 pm hay una amplia variedad de snack q puede ser considerado cena también incluída con hotdog, y la parte mas de comida cambia con los días. me acuerdo de un día fue pollo frito, papas al horno y pasta con salsa.
tb teniamos una bebida con alcohol por dia.
el hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a solo 5 minutos del mall y a solo 2 minutos de un excelente sala de juegos de niños llamada majes kids.
frente al hotel hay un restaurant mexicano llamado papasito muy recomendado!!!!

Stayed one night in a one bedroom suite. Very spacious and clean suite for us and our dog. Appreciate the food/drinks in the evening and how welcoming they are to dogs. Please pick up after your pets and use the pet waste stations. This isn't hard pet owners.
Great staff, but not-so-great everything else.

During a trip away from home, we decided to pull in here for the night. We were a little disappointed in our experience.
First of all, the elevator in the front was broken—this wasn’t really a big deal though since we didn’t have to walk very far to get to the other elevator… oh well.
Second, the hallways were very hot and uncomfortable.
Third, the vending machines have been taken out of the hallways (I’m guessing that it has something to do with COVID) so you have to go to the guest-pantry downstairs for drinks and snacks. (Once again, not really a big deal.)
Fourth, there were no waters in the room, so I had to go downstairs to get some. I asked a staff person where the drinks were and they directed me to the guest-pantry. I stepped inside and went to the cooler. There were no waters at all. I asked a staff member how I could get some bottled water and they told me that I would have to walk to the nearest gas-station for some because they were out of stock. SERIOUSLY???
Fifth, the thermostats in the rooms have motion sensors. When you’re out of the room for a long period of time it will automatically turn on energy-saving mode and raise the temperature. This means that you’ll be coming back to a room that is uncomfortably warm. I don’t know if there’s a setting to turn that off or not, but if there is I haven’t found it.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and understanding. Also, the rooms were clean and spacious. Thanks to AJ for helping us out with our rooms. He was very nice, helpful, and apologetic about the bottled-water situation.
I’m not totally writing this hotel off my list, but it will be awhile before I’m willing to try again.

Our check-in was friendly and fast.
The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked and the breakfast selection was really good. The food was hot and and fresh and delicious!
