Good Place, Some Bad Staff Members

The place was good. The room was huge and very clean. The kitchen was a big plus. However, some staff members were very rude, especially Mayra, who treated us bad from the get go. She treated other customers and us like trash. It is a pity that such a nice place would loose customers for a rude person.

This was a last-minute trip to Sun City Center, Florida. I had read the reviews and was skeptical about staying, but was pleasantly surprised to find the room spacious, clean, and well-appointed. During COVID I have come not to expect breakfast, as hotels seem to be using COVID as an excuse. Not so here, where although social distancing was practiced, there was ample room and a good variety of choices for breakfast. Staff was attentive, kind, and helpful. Don't be afraid to stay here. It is a clean, affordable, and well-located hotel,

The staff at this hotel were friendly. The beds were comfortable. The Rooms were clean. The pool area was quiet and we'll kept. This is a great place if visiting Ruskin or Apollo Beach. Would stay here again!
Don't judge by first impression

As we walked to our room, the corridors were not clean and the paint on the floor was worn-out in many places giving us the impression that our room will be the same. However, our room was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The bed was also comfortable. The hot breakfast had plenty of choices, including waffles, biscuits, eggs, sausage and gravy. The waitress, Karen, was most friendly and keenly watched each guest and the breakfast buffet to meet the needs. Good job Karen!
Hospitality it’s not practiced here

35 years traveling for my job I’ve never came across someone so lacking In hospitality. We went to the front desk and ask for some plastic silverware because our Uber eats did not send any. The eating area in this comfort inn is in the lobby. All this lady had to do was leave from the from behind the desk walk to the eating area and get us some silverware. Instead she told us that that area is closed and she can’t walk in the area until the next day. Hospitality look up the definition Mayra
