Wonderful, accommodating staff, treated us like family. Everything in the hotel was thought of and cozy. Breakfast was a winning plus. We had an issue with our room which was resolved promptly. Thank you.

Frustrating experience

Reviewed 27 october, 2022

I don't usually leave hotel reviews. But this hotel provided a collection of problems that just leaves to me to really unsatisfied. 1. airport shuttle did not arrive until more than 20 minutes past the scheduled time 2. walls are paper thing so things like the ice maker, alarms, TVs from other rooms can all be heard loud and clear 3. there was a cockroach in the breakfast bread container 4. this was the most frustrating thing... they didn't record my late departure and the manager called my room. I explained to him, and in the course of the conversation he told me that Platinum Elites only have a 2pm late checkout, and it's only Titanium Elite that gets 4pm. I know this is wrong and suggested so. Then he took this really aggravating tone that one tends to use to humor someone while implying that you don't believe them and think they are crazy. I could easily verify on the webpage and while the manager said "you're right" it was with a really sarcastic and aggrevating tone. This person should not be working with the public. I will not stay here again.

Another Great Marriott Hotel

Reviewed 19 october, 2022

The room was very nice and cozy. Love the way the room was configured. The couch was very nice and big along with the desk convenient for working. The tv swiveled so you could see the tv from both living area and bed. The room was big enough that you didn't feel cramped. They also served breakfast and had a nice pool and workout facility.

Nice Family Stay

Reviewed 28 august, 2022

We stayed at this hotel while moving in our daughter to the University of Tampa. Its about 10 minute away on I-275. The hotel was very centrally located and easy to get around. The hotel was a little dated but the rooms were nice. Breakfast was typical Spring Hill Suites and was good. We used the gym, not that bad but no mats to work out on. Overall a nice stay and we would stay here again.

No Rest For The Weary!

Reviewed 3 july, 2022

I generally like this hotel and usually stay several times a year while I visit my 90 year old mother. I have also referred out-of-town family members in the past. I only use this hotel for one reason and that is to get a good night's sleep (It's not a resort after all.) Unfortunately, my 2nd night's sleep was stolen from me at 8:20 am by housekeeping knocking on my door. I was told by management that someone had accidentally checked us out in the system. I understand mistakes happen but I feel I should not have to pay for that night. Their error took away the one thing I was paying for since I also never eat their breakfast because I want to SLEEP! They offered an apology and a few extra rewards point but it wasn't equal to my loss. I left very dissatisfied.
