Really bad
There was no welcome nor recognition for platinum members, no alternative to not serving breakfast (not safe when it’s free for COVID reasons but safe when it is served at the charged restaurant??). Old rooms. Keys didn’t work, had to change them several times. Poor payback for staying “loyal”
Nice Stay
Pleasant stay, close to the airport, shopping, restaurants and the interstate. Can't beat the convenience of this location. Front desk agent was courteous and professional. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean, and because of the covid restrictions, the concierge room was closed until further notice which was expected. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
Visiting Tampa, House hunting
Hotel was kind of vacant and choose a nice corner room that is a little bigger room, nice size tv . Always enjoy my stay here and the convenience to both malls are within a mile from each other. Plenty of parking and airport shuttle.

A few weeks ago I happened to leave my childhood pillow behind. I called and spoke to Terri, the lead of hospitality. Terri and her staff looked for my lost pillow for weeks and continued to keep me updated. Thank you Terri for my new pillow! I hope my old pillow found a good home! Fantastic Staff
I stayed last night and the shuttle driver this morning is the finest person I have met in the hospitality industry. He didn't just drive me to get my car rental, he cared about me as a person. What an impact! This is now where I stay in Tampa.
