Stay Away Right Now :(
Your Breakfast at Hilton :( We love Hilton very much! As a matter of fact, its our # 1 choice. I made a mistake booking to this location. Sorry Embassy Suites Temecula but you need to do better than that!
Motel 6 has better hospitality & coffee!
We came for Fathers Day weekend for my husband. This hotel soured our experience in Temecula. He wanted to stay here b/c he’s HH Platinum & likes the Embassy perks. When we got there we learned that they had no perks. Seems that every restaurant across the state including vineyards figured out how to serve food safely but this hotel cannot. They cited COVID as an excuse for everything from canceling breakfast, evening reception, no coffee, to not putting paper cups in hotel rooms. When asked why cups aren’t standard the manager said it’s COVID. When I reminded her that the housekeepers have to stock towels & toiletries anyway she then said it’s lack of room on the carts. Ok, then how’d they get cups there before? A couple in the lobby went through a dozen papercups in 2 nights because theirs kept falling apart. They’d have to stand in line and request cups every time, too. If you want breakfast then you need to come downstairs and request your continental Motel 6 baggie. There’s no coffee. If you want that then you need to request pods for your room. Don’t forget to also request cups and sugar and the like because hospitality is lacking. We paid $160/3 nights. We asked for a late checkout and the girl at the front was incredibly rude. She gave a line of BS and when I called her out on it and asked to speak to the manager she said the manager wasn’t around. Then she said she’d help me. No, I asked for your help and you refused. Finally, she got the manager. When I told the manager that we could’ve paid that price at a Bed&Breakfast and got what we paid for she just nodded her head and said “I agree.” She did nothing to make this better. We were Hilton loyal.
Just a two-hour drive from the LA area, the Embassy Suites Hotel is a great base for checking out the Temecula beer and
Usually we spend the first day tasting craft beers and the second one day checking out the wineries, with an evening dinning in the old town of Temecula. It’s always a pleasure to stay at the Temecula Embassy Suites Hotel, the staff are always smiling and helpful, and what’s more important the whole hotel is clean. Our room was large with two double beds and a great view of the pool. The hotel offers complimentary evening drinks at the bar, and the free breakfast has lots of choices. There is never a problem finding a space to park our car. TIP: Always book in advance before you visit, to guarantee a room.
Great location for Temecula activities
My sister & I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Hotel in order to make it convenient for us to attend a wedding at Grand Tradition in Fallbrook. Since the wedding was in late afternoon, we decided to spend the morning strolling through nearby Old Town Temecula. The suite was large, hotel easy to find and has plenty of free parking.
Pleasant Staff and Comfort
Had a one-night stay and found it to be excellent. Every single staff member was extremely gracious and the room very comfortable. Loved the soft towels and bedding. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
