Heaven
I have no complaints and I can be super picky excellent location service near riverfront I had no clue about where I would be staying and it turned out to be everything I wanted and more!!! Near the train and Chick-Fil-A
Comfortable with great location
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Easy access off of Michigan Ave and Wacker Drive. Very close to the Riverwalk and the Loop. Easy check in, very helpful agent at desk. Parking was easy and close. Rooms were clean and quiet. Very nice visit.
Spring Break Vacay
Overall, the location and the service was great. I wish there was a better breakfast options... cereal, milk or even juice. Coffee and water doesn’t necessarily cut it. I understand it is COVID- but still. Also, there was loud construction sounds coming and starting at 6am which woke me up.
Great Spot to stay
Great location right off the mile. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. I suggest using spot hero for parking, you can get much cheaper rates than the hotel offers. Staff was friendly. When I got back to the hotel one evening I stopped by the front desk and requested extra towels. The front desk clerk went right to his radio and put the request in. As I arrived at my room so did my towels.
Not good
Bathroom doors do not lock and our room faced a parking ramp that was under construction that started at 6 am. The breakfast was frozen and not a good experience at all. I really want my money back! Never again
