Not 4 Kilometers from airport!
This is a space write write about my room, location , and experience. - room was presentable but the sheets were stained, and so were the comforters, even if they gave you a "clean" set, they were dirty. - I only reason I booked Hotel Mariois is due to their website information. The Hotel's website clearly states that the Guadalajara airport is 15 minutes away, not true. The distance from the hotel to the airport well over a 15 minute drive. In traffic it's over an hour, regular traffic flow is approximately 20 to 25 minutes. - The area is not safe for travelers as it is located in a not so desirable neighborhoods. - the internet connection is 89% of the time disconnected or the front desk claims that they are "working on it". - the windows are secured with a plastic white pipe, that's their security lock. - I don't recommend this hotel for women traveling alone. - the view from my window was to a run-down building, they are no good views no matter what room you select.
Bang for your Buck!
This was a last minute trip to Guadalajara and decided that we did not want to spurge on a hotel. This hotel is affordable, and it's right on the entrance to the city. It is not near any huge attractions, but if you want to have flexibility on proximity to main road, which takes you to a lot of little pueblos, then this is the place to be. Staff was polite, beds are comfortable, restrooms are updated. It's great value for the price.
You can sleep here
A few weeks ago I has the necessity to stay at a hotel so I came to this place thinking that I could sleep well here, well I was very wrong I mean the price is ok for a standar room, this places is ok barely the average, but the thing here is that you can hear everything on the hotel, the tv, the chatting, the noises of the people. Is a cheap but if you're looking for something to rest this is not your place. Go at your how risk.
