Nice place, clean reception where you can find tea, coffee and also different creams for man and lady, and Bath salts. But The room was a bit too small, essentially the size of the room was enough for a double bedroom and a small way to the door and the toilet, with the toilet door open there was no space anymore, only 1 squared meter to move, get changed and open/close the luggages. You could have go to bed Only from one side, which was not the best of comfort. The price definitely high compared to that narrow room. A good thing though was a microfiber Pijama

Poor pillow inside the room

Pillows provided in room is very soft and thin. Small room size is a norm in Tokyo. Nothing impressive except for the location which is right inside the shopping belt. Easy access to train stations and Fish market.

Great location and perfect stay (but rooms are small of course)

The location is absolutely great. It is in the middle of Ginza, walking distance to hundreds of shops, restaurants, theaters, karaoke, and many other things, 4 minutes from metro stations. Enjoyed it very much!! The hotel itself is very nicely decorated, sparklingly clean, the service people are courteous and always ready to help. Rooms are small. Only one person can walk on one side of the bed (the other side is against the wall). Bed was comfortable and TV was nice. The temperature control was perfect and the bathrooms were immaculate. Enjoyed my stay very much!! Thanks Fresa Inn!

Clean, convenient, value for money

It’s five mins walk to Ginza Apple store, tgat is the central of Ginza. So, there are four to five subway lines you can take where each station is about 5 mins walk away. The JR train station is about 15 mins walk. The room is small as usual and is clean. Wifi is acceptable when u watch YouTube. I shall stay again

Excellent customer service; convenient location

We booked this hotel in the last minute because our cruise had delayed their embarkation date due to typhoon Hagibis. It is within walking distance from Ginza station (note the closest exit has no elevator) and of course many restaurants and convenient stores. Upon arriving at the hotel in the late morning, we were greeted with warm welcome -- the staff were kind and courteous. We were able to check in early around noon. The room type that we stayed in is of reasonable size, bigger than most Tokyo hotels. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more of western style than Japanese. Overall, this was a great stay. What a great find in the last minute!
