Good budget hotel.

Typical Japanese business hotel about seven minutes walk from the railway station . Very small rooms .There is hardly any room to open your big international luggage, especially if your wife has two of them, plus your own. Toilet so tiny the toilet seat has to be angled otherwise you can't close the toilet door. No public bath for soaking. Breakfast provided. Typical Japanese affair, rice fish boiled eggs nutto small saussages , good place to learn to eat what the Japanese have for breakfast.
Overall, good clean efficient hotel.
Great location, excellent value hotel

Very happy to recommend this friendly, clean, well run hotel. Location is perfect and the onset and free breakfast are a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Close to JR train line, great restaurants and sites. We would stay again rooms are small but well designed.

Reason for picking this hotel is its price tag (free breakfast included) and location (15 mins to Haneda airport by bus or train at yen 300). Surprisingly guest room is smartly designed and can accommodate two persons with adequate space to manage and store suit case. Bed is comfortable and extra pillow can be picked up at the lobby. A dedicated password will be given upon check in for access to your room and hotel main entrance (no staffs available after midnight) so be careful not to lose the receipt. Kamata station is surrounded by many restaurants which open late so it is a good option if you need to go through the Haneda airport. Definitely will stay again.
One of the best options in Tokyo (B&B)
Reviewed 26 September, 2016
I was hosted in this B&B for vacations during one week. After looking for many hotels, I found this one. From my point of view, it keeps all the characteristics which I am interested in.
Rooms and the building in general, count with a recent construction. My double room had: one standard and comfortable bed (1,35m), one desk with one chair and TV, water boiler and japanese tea for free, one bathroom (yes, with the typical electronic WC included!) and humidifier and air conditioned.
The cleaning conditions deserve 10 points.
I could enjoy the typical japanese breakfast based on salads, vegetables, flesh and fish, rice and cakes+coffee. All very well cooked.
The staff were super friendly and english is spoken.
Regarding prices, I can say this hotel is one of the cheapest of the city in relation to all the aforementioned things and the location, as is very well communicated with central districts like Shibuya and Shinjuku and with the others too: Ueno, Akihabara, Asakusa... arriving there in periods of time under 30 mins.
The Kamata Station is like 2 minutes walking from the main gate of the hotel, and connected directly with the Haneda Airport by bus (20min)
If someday I come back to Tokyo, I will try to do the booking here with no doubts!
Superb experience in the Super hotel Kamata

3 min by walk from the JR Kamata station and approx 30min by train from the Tokyo station. Really easy to find it. The reception is welcoming. The staff helpful, super kind (Japanese style) and efficient. They provide you extra pillow, sleeping gown and you can choose every day 5 beauty products to pamper yourself. The room, bathroom are spotless clean. They have kettle, matcha tea, hairdryer, slippers to make you feel comfy. The aircondition was fantastic and we used that as a heater because the weather was extremely rainy, cold.
Free buffet breakfast from 7.00-10.00am. Really wilde variety of Japanese food.
Fantastic hotel, good price, brilliant value for money.
Thank you for the experience. Because I loved that I went back again :).
