Wow! Wish it was this good in the USA!!!
Really nice property with excellent service. The breakfast service was superb with lots of local options. Had drinks and dinner at the adjoining restaurant Barrio Porteno and was amazed as well. This Marriott location far surpassed my expectations. Nice job!!!
Good Choice in Toluca
I have nothing else than what most other visitors say. The hotel and rooms are good, the staff does the best, English is not a problem. And there is nothing wrong about trying to speak even bad Spanish. No problem to spend some time in hotel fitness either. There is a mall just oposit the hotel within walking distance. Otherwise nothing much around. I would certainly return if in Toluca area.
Nice hotel, very nice staff
Friendly staff and comfortable room. Disappointed that breakfast was not included for platinum members as it is most other Marriott hotels. I was told that they would give me a suite for the week since they could not offer me breakfast but they pulled those out of my account which I did not agree to- May have been a language barrier but I was saving that for my travels with my wife. The hotel is right across from the mall which has a food court with a good selection of eateries. They have a nice gym with free weights and exercise machines. The room had an iron, ironing board, refrigerator, large room safe, microwave, and large screen tv. Unfortunately, there is a number of very loud trains that go near the hotel at night that blast the horn for as long as 10-20 seconds; they normally stop after 11 pm.
Great service, great staff and good for business trips to local industry
The staff here are so friendly and will do everything to make your stay go well. Rodrigo especially made me feel welcome during my stay. The food is good here and there is an alternative restaurant within the site boundary that is also worth a try. They have a small but good gym on the ground floor and a nice sitting area outside at the rear. If you are on a business trip to the local industries its worth trying here.. and say hello to Rogrigo! Pleasant Stay
Great location and great service. Stayed here on business trip and look forward to next opportunity to come back. The hotel restaurant had great food and even better service. A young man named Victor took care of us as Waiter and Bartender and was Excellent at both jobs. Had Dinner, Buffet Breakfast, and late lunch here and was well pleased with quality of food and excellent service each time. Thanks Victor !
