World’s Kindest Hotelier?? More like world’s worst hotelier!! I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life and Hotel X is by far the worst I’ve stayed at. Poor, unfriendly customer service and disgusting food. View from my room was decent, only because I was on the highest floor. Anything lower and I’ll be looking at an empty parking lot! Would not recommend,

Lovely Hotel location for views excellent but a little isolated for getting out and about.Staff we’re very helpful and friendly and the room we had was excellent but at a cost. Prime Grill and Summer House roof top bar very good but also at a price. Worth a visit if your feeling flush and want a special stay bigger picture a lot of money for the wow factor.

This hotel is absolutely FABULOUS! Worth every dollar we payed for it! The staff is so helpful, kind, caring! Especially Michele, she made my stay even better with her gestures and kindness!
The room with the view is breathtaking and the rest of the amenities is just perfect! Tennis couts are huge, they even have squash and basketball little courts! What can I say, everything you need for your super active and relaxing vacation!
They have so many impressive amenities that you won't need to leave the hotel! And of course the area is just perfect if you are looking for walks along the water, this location has a pretty long walking area!
We are so lucky to have this hotel in Toronto! Thank you Hotel X!!! Can't wait to come back:)))

During our stay at Hotel X, all staff was extremely kind and helpful. An outstanding staff member by the name of Sydney helped us with multiple issues during our stay and expressed nothing but kindness.
Worst stay at a hotel in a long time

I booked a night for my son and I to stay and enjoy the pool and amenities through Expedia, and due to covid they require that you book a reservation for the pool. I called countless times with no answer ahead of time, and emailed multiple times over a few weeks prior to our visit. Finally the day before we arrive they wrote to say because we booked on Expedia, we weren't allowed to reserve ahead of time, only those who book directly at the hotel.
Consequently, when we arrived we could only go to the pool after 5 pm.
Their rooftop lounge took 25 mins for a drink and both food orders were wrong.
We went to have a drink in the lobby before dinner and we're told that drinks would be 20 mins.
I actually stayed here before and the service was Fantastic, not sure what happened to this place- which is unfortunate as I live in the area and would have frequented the place for corporate events.
