Celebrating a belated birthday for my wife, picked this resort for its location and value. Expectations fully met. Amenities are awesome, great beach and pools, excellent food selection and quality, responsive and friendly service throughout. The covid precautions have made us feel safe, as there are sanitary practices observed by staff everywhere we go. Some guests not so much...

We have so much fun on the activities with the entertainment crew with Eder, angel,Aransas, Jesus they are awesome I will definitely come again the food the drinks. And. The hotel are super clean and I will definitely recommend this. Thanks

We had so much fun, the resort is really safe and comfortable, the food and drinks are delicious the service as well, the day activities are amazing we meet Eder at the beac he make us feel like in home helping us and supporting us, we are hoping to come soon.

It was a wonderful amazing experience I would recommend this resorts to my family and friends my son had so much fun with the kids club they had so many activities to do all day long the spa was so relaxing

Beautiful, friendly, safe and a dream come true! My only disappointment was the vacation club scam. We joined and yet were lied to about everything and when we tried to extend our stay by 2 nights, the member rate was triple the rate we paid and then we were told to call another company for a better rate. Why be a member for thousands of dollars to pay triple or go through a 3rd party vender. The presentation was lie after lie and the kept filling my glass behind my back and tried to get me drunk. Go to the resort and enjoy the jungle and archeological sites but please don’t go to the presentation to get lied to and ripped off. It almost ruined what was a dream vacation.
