Buena ubicación, limpio y tranquilo
Alquilamos un apartamento de un dormitorio para un fin de semana. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien amueblado. La piscina es bastante pequeña pero bien si no está ocupado. Los apartamentos están en una calle tranquila muy cerca de la zona histórica de Valencia. El personal es muy eficiente y los precios son buenos. Hay panaderos, ultramarinos y un gran supermercado cerca. El baño era muy pequeño y no estaba correctamente ventilado. Habia una viga grande (soporte del techo) pasando a través del apartamento. Para nosotros estuvo bien ya que no somos altos, pero puede ser bastante peligrosa para alguien de más de 1.70 m.

Fuimos 2 adultos y dos niños a estos apartamentos. Situación bastante buena, personal muy atento y agradable. Todo muy limpio. Se aparca bien. Tan solo eché de menos alguna cosa de menaje y tal vez una escoba. Muy recomendable.

Nice apartment I've been there for a week with some friends Complete of all you need: kitchen, 2 bedeooms, 2 bathrooms and an adequate livingroom. Moreover there is the air conditioning and a small swimming pool common to all all'apartments. Ideal for summer. The position is optimal to visit the city. It is possible to reach the center of Valencia in 10-15 minutes on foot, and it's in front of the main park. There is a rental bike station nearby and a bus stop just in front of the apartments.
Good for a short stay sight seeing
We had a family apartment, two single beds and two 'double' sofa beds. Each sofa bed could only sleep one person so not sure why they are called 'double'. We were only given one sheet per sofa bed, I did enquire about this and they didn't understand why we would need another sheet - as in to cover the children. But never the less they did provide the additional sheets. My bed was fine but my husbands had a bit sag in the middle and could really do with replacing. The apartment is a great location near to many of the attractions but difficult to find I would imagine without the guidance of the ladies who booked us in. Be aware the key and booking in is at a different location not too far in the car. The apartment was very clean and kitchen area was good for preparation of breakfast and lunch. One scary moment and please be very careful was that when my husband went to answer the door to the cleaners, the key actually snapped in the lock. We were of course lucky as the cleaner was able to open the door from the outside but if they hadn't have been there we would have been locked in the apartment with no ability to get out. Air con was great. My children used pool and was very refreshing in the summer heat.
Valencia 2019; family stay: deluxe apartment
Positives Excellent location; quite surrounding streets, secure/safe neighbourhood, small shops and cafes in area for food shopping etc. Plenty of on street parking about. Great green spaces and walking distance to Valencia main centre. Apartment; good level maintenance and cleanliness Nice little balcony areas... good for drying wet swim wear etc Kitchen area adequate for breakfast and small meal prep. Comes with washing sponge, cloth and tea towel Great to have 2 bathrooms: come with toilet rolls and hand wash. Negatives Little bit hard to find the front door of apartment... please note not on main road and street is mainly pedestrian. So make sure you take a good reference image/location finder with you. When arrived found ants in some areas of apartment, although once we informed the office the cleaner quickly provided us with some ant killer for our stay. Bedrooms are too small... all twin beds (no doubles) no space between beds, and absolutely no room to be put your suitcase down and unpack anywhere in the bedroom. Also lack of mirrors in bedroom: only in bathrooms and no natural light in there. Little pool area was lovely: although very frustrating that you cannot use it between 2-5pm: we understood this is the siesta time but this is not appropriate for 'holiday' apartments.
