This was kind of a last minute trip. Supposed to meet friends at the Grand Canyon but because of required masking outdoors there cancelled and ended up here because our friends are Hilton Diamond members and there wasn't time to research.. We had a king suite. Very spacious with a wet bar, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Had phones in both the bedroom and living room as well as TV's in each room. Bathroom had only a shower and missed the lack of a shower cap and magnifying mirror. Generous with the towels. Had to request maid service because of covid. Food at restaurant was excellent as was service but could have more ambience. The guys played golf at the spur of the moment and loved the course. We also were able to walk around the course after closing which was quite lovely. Enjoyed the balcony and outside sitting areas with fire pits and without. Had a fire place in our living room but didn't use.

Nothing stood out at this resort , the rooms were basic hotel rooms that need to be updated . The housekeeping staff here were exceptional , the concierge seemed annoyed when asked for suggestions for hiking , meal ideas . Front desk team were friendly and accommodating as well as the bartender at the restaurant .

Rooms were so-so……there was still empty plastic cups on the floor f previous guest. AC unit was leaking from
Ceiling vent above door soaking the carpet. Power outlets by bed didn’t work which made it hard to charge cell phone. Breakfast was great though!
Bad choice- go elsewhere if you want luxury!

This hotel is NOT a 4 star property. The rooms are old, room and hallways smell of cigarette smoke, they are dingy, scuffed, low ceilings, and dark. They have attempted to upgrade but timing showers and kitchen counter bar but this is not to a 4 star standard. Highly disappointing, I would seriously give it a 2 star. The hotel is fine, there is no luxury here. Towels are threadbare, none of the doors in the room close correctly. The front desk staff were highly irritated by my questions and preferred to chat with each other instead. When I mentioned my disappointment, the gentlemen asked what I wanted him to do about it. I asked if there was possibly a nicer, upgraded room. He explained that my room was one of the nicest on property. Wow- really sad. I asked if he would send some water up (I’m a Hilton honor member and I felt that’s the least he could do, as apologizing for the state of the property wasn’t in his repertoire. He said he would, but the water wasn’t delivered.
Labor Day weekend- pleasant stay

Our stay at Hilton was pleasant. The room, pools and grounds are well taken care of. Ample amount in common areas. Good parking. Close to Sedona and hiking trails. Our room had a balcony with fantastic views. Food was tasty. One complaint, probably our of hotel’s control, was a slow service at the restaurant because a lack of workers.
