Beautiful room with ocean view! Clean, comfortable beds. While on our road trip we booked this hotel after reading reviews So happy that we stayed here, such a nice peaceful break. Would love to come back to vacation here.
Great Beach Hotel

We were in town for the Wicked 5K/10K through Virginia Beach. Very nice hotel, oceanfront, with great views. Check-in was done via the Hilton app and the room was ready before our 4:00 PM check-in. Lobby was welcoming with a beach theme. This location has an on-site bar & the bartender was very friendly. Our room, on the 3rd floor had a great view of the beach and had a balcony with chairs. The room was very clean and the bathroom was well stocked. We asked for a 1 hour extension (noon) to checkout & it was quickly approved by the front desk. Breakfast was Hampton typical; the area was very clean & neat. There is an outdoor sitting area off the bar & breakfast area with a great view of the beach. The small, indoor pool was open, but I never saw anyone using it. Parking is free in the hotel lot, which is an awesome perk. We added one more night on to our stay which was done hassle free & at the same rate. Two awesome employees, at the front desk, that made our stay special: Ivenia & Justin. We enjoyed talking to Ivenia and hearing her story. Ivenia & Justin were awesome! We will be back next year and we’ll plan to stay here again!

Always have a great stay and nice rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I want to thank Rodney, Ivenia and Charity for being so helpful and nice. The rooms are always clean and have great views.
Don’t trust this hotel

I made a reservation for a king size room at this hotel about a month ago. Yesterday they called me to ask if I wanted to change my king size room to a queen size room. I told them know that there was a reason I booked a king room that had more to do with just the bed size. Evidently they completely disregarded by telling them I did not want to switch to an inferior room. These they turned my reservation into the queen room without telling me. I noticed this on my Hilton app and tried to get it changed. I’m disgusted that they just did this with a reservation that was well over a month old. I would never stay at this property. I’m a lifetime diamond member of Hilton , NM seriously, thinking about switching to another brand hotel where I am also a diamond level member. Good luck in the future Hilton you’re losing my business.

Despite poor internet reception and a hard bed, this hotel is superior. I used to stay at a competitor for several years but time and Covid has taken a toll on it. Our last 3 visits have all been at this hotel. Location can’t be beat and the staff is very accommodating and pleasant. We visit several hotels and staffing doesn’t compare to the diamonds they have here. Looking forward to our next getaway and it will definitely be here.
