Great Service, especially by Sylwia
Arrived at the Hilton just minutes after 9:30am after having booked a Business Executive room and leaving a random note that I would really appear a possible early check-in due to a very early arrival of my flight (random in the sense that a lot of travelers - me including - probably desire an early check-in a lot of times but hotels are not able to provide). The front office manager Sylwia not only explained to me in impeccable English that she had seen the note and instructed the housekeeping to get the room ready early, but even had a backup room with the same rate ready just in case. But my booked high-floor room was indeed ready, disinfected and sealed with a Polish Wedel chocolate as a gift provided. So I could check in by 9:45am. 45 minutes after touching down at the airport. Kudos to the housekeeping and of course Sylwia, who went above and beyond in making a tired traveler happy. During this unsettling time I don’t use much of hotels’ public spaces (even though the high-rise Hilton is fairly new and contemporary). However, as per Hilton standards, the room are decently sized (business and executive rooms very large with two complimentary bottles of water waiting) and decorated in the usual corporate style. Immaculately clean. The bathroom offers a TV as well as a separate shower and bathtub. The view from the 20th floor can hardly be beaten. Of course with its location at Plac Europejski it is geared towards business travelers. However everyone wanting to visit the downtown (with the Palace of Culture and Science as well as the Złote Tarasy mall) or the old city can be there in 15 minutes on foot (besides, uber is really affordable in Warsaw, i.e. uber Select from the airport is below €7. Do tip well though because these times are unsettling also for the drivers). There are also plenty of eateries around. Certainly a good choice among Hilton hotels and a good choice in Warsaw (but still incredible affordable).
A great business hotel
I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was impressed by the service of the staff. they were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were great, large in size and well equipped for a short stay. The executive business rooms have a working area which was spacious. The executive lounge was busy, however it was well stocked and a great addition to the stay. Breakfast service was good, with a varied selection.
Nice and clean room , location Wise , next to casino , and quite surrounding, great facilities , staff are lack of service orientation. Overall okay stay . Booking payment policy should be well informed to the guests .
We couldn't be happier. We received an upgrade to a Panoramic Suite on the 21st floor, best view of Warsaw. VIP welcome with bottle of Prosecco followed by welcome sweets, we even got donuts on Fat Thursday. The room was like an apartment, the bathroom had heated marble floor, so you would never get that cold feeling that you usually have in a bathroom. The Executive Lounge was spot on, amazing food and drink selection. The young gentleman in the Lounge was fantastic and very attentive to details, sorry I didn't get his name. Mikolaj the concierge was absolutely fantastic, he knew everything about the city, spot on recommendations and restaurants, very attentive on everything. Breakfast was also amazing, the selection was incredible, especially the live cooking station. We will definitely be back and share all the amazing memories about Warsaw and the Hotel with our friends and colleagues. Claudio & Fiammetta from Scotland.
Great place to stay and if in Warsaw
This hotel is located in the center of the new city. The staff at reception was very supportive. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and the restaurant staff was very kind.
