I was very pleased with the courteousness and responsiveness of the staff. My room was fresh, clean and quiet. When requested, new towels and coffee makings were brought to my room in a matter of minutes. The hotel is located close to great shopping and restaurants. Based on my experience, I highly recommend it.
Okay for the price

Hotel is okay. It’s kinda of run down and not super super clean. The rooms are small and not updated at all. There was some goop on the walls and a stain on the carpet. The amenities (like shampoo and soap) were cheap, so I’m glad we bought our own. The staff couldn’t have been less helpful and looked miserable.
Terrible pee smelling sheets

Place was very gross. Sheets smelled bad, rooms smelled bad, were not clean at all. When I told the staff they didn’t change my sheets after a long day of work. I had to change rooms. I was exhausted. The room they put me in afterwards was very cold and smelled moldy. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Noise from a fight outside our room at 2 am. No one came for 20-30 minutes although the room down the hall said they called twice. Beds terrible. Hard and one was so broken down you couldn’t sit on the side. Mold in bath sink
Clean and Amazing

We are a family of four that has stayed in many hotels all over the east coast. This was by far one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever been to. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. The pool area was absolutely spotless and the water was crystal clear. Most of the time you’re allowed to bring beverages and snacks into the pool area... here you cannot BUT... I do believe this is why their pool area is so spotless. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival. The people at the front desk were friendly, courteous, and ready to help with anything you need. I am an early riser and my family is not. Naturally I tend to make my way to the lobby or out front of the hotel so not to wake up my family if I’m up at 5 or 6 AM. I noticed by 6:30 AM there was a gentleman leaf blowing the front walkways to clear them and making sure there was no trash out front, vacuuming the lobby, restaurant, and halls, mopping, and more. I went to the front desk and told the woman there how impressed I was by level of cleanliness at this hotel and was absolutely shocked when she told me that gentleman was the General Manager. For all the hotels we’ve stayed at, I have never once seen a general manager work so hard at cleaning and making sure the hotel was in top condition. I have one complaint and it’s not even that, it’s a silly suggestion... put coffee out before 6:30am for the early risers. Myself and a few others were looking for coffee by 5:30am and anxious when it finally came out. Honestly, I could not write anything negative about this hotel if I tried. Thanks for a great stay!
