Canadas Best Value Inn Whitecourt

very much accommodating & good HOT breakfast as well as the lounge area was very much fun at night. very clean room & best value , ROOM WAS GOOD SIZE, NICE BED VERY COMFORTABLE and friendly staff. parking area is wide enough to park my RV.

This place is cheap and is a typical motel, It was clean and the room was a good size. Most of the clientele appear to be work crews although it was very quiet when we stayed. We were also provided with a breakfast voucher for the restaurant next door which could also be used for a $7 discount off an evening meal.

This place is not clean, the floors are stained. The majority of the guests staying here are crew guys that are very loud, and its right next to a pub/lounge so you get to hear all the rowdy guests as they come back to their rooms. the staff are alright, but didn't do anything about the loud people outside our room. the breakfast is vouchers for the roadhouse pub that is in the same parking lot. and the internet is very slow. Will not stay here again.

This is an older motel. Although the mattress, sheets, pillows & towels are all quite new and large flat-screen TVs are provided, the rest of the furniture in the room is rather old. That is why this motel costs about $50 a night less than all the newer hotels and motels in town. The property is a little frayed around the edges, so to speak, but it is clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly, the front desk is staffed 24 hours, laundry facilities are available, Wi-Fi is free and surprisingly fast. Plug-ins are provided for cars during the wintertime, and air conditioning is there for the summertime. Rooms with kitchenettes are available. The motel offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms, which is a nice courtesy to the smokers. The motel provides guests with a coupon worth $7 towards breakfast (which is available all day) at the restaurant on the other side of the parking lot. The restaurant is full service, which means you get a much better breakfast that the usual 'donut and coffee' that some hotels provide for breakfast. All in all, I'm pretty happy with this place. Great value for the money, with all the amenities anyone would ever want. I would happily return.

Ewwwwwwe gross is about all o can say. Booked this room on an Expedia mystery booking and mystery booking it sure is. The hotel says all rooms renovated and if you count a fresh coat of paint and a flat screen tv renovated then sure. The rooms smell, they smell old. The furniture is dated and is damaged/ripped. My first room had stains on the box spring, 2nd one smelt so bad we didn't even walk in. Now on to our 3rd room and I'm just totally not impressed!! Ewwwww gross!!!!
