I have stayed in almost all of the Hotels in Wichita Kansas and Redroof Inn Plus is the best one of them all! On a 1 - 5 scale it rates a 12 with me! Every thing from the staff in the Lobby to the Ladies that cleans the rooms gets a 12 star rating! Thank you all, you people are Amazing!

I sure hope this review finds the right person but we had the best experience thanks to this girl. I could tell it wasn't just a front because of how she treated every person who walked through the doors. Our overall stay and room were fine. But she made this stay worth it with her kindness!
Manager is great

I should preface most of my stays are based on price, reviews and the pool. When you have kids the pool is a priority. So we arrived at our destination and we got our room. Not sure if it was cleaning products are a dog or cat managed to mark where the staff didn't see, but the room was not quite ready. The manager was so wonderful when we mentioned it and changed our room. Once that was handled with decorum and the best customer service, our next room was great. The place is a little loud as you tend to hear every noise all night. Once the AC fan works, it tempers it a little so if you need silence, maybe ask the manager for a room away from others. The pool is nice and big. No hot tub :(. More of a mom thing anyways. The hotel is again old, I find this to be the big issue. Old and not as updated as it should be. It would be nice to say it has an old look but new interior one day. The pest control works as evidence by the little summer bugs that were dead along the room. Not the hotels fault they have bugs, just nice to know the pest control does it's job well. The bathtub probably could use an overhaul, but so could I. Overall, this was a good stay. The bed was a good firm, enough pillows, and the AC worked great.
Thank you again to the wonderful check in staff. That is what makes the start of my stay so worth it.

My husband and I recently stayed at Red Roof Plus Inn Wichita East. We arrived early, at 1:30pm, apparently there is a 3pm check in that we were unaware of. The clerk, Cindy, behaved as though it was a problem that we were there early, but went ahead and got us our room. By the way, I booked it online two weeks ago. So we get to our room, and it’s hot. Ok, we turned on the air conditioner and after 2 hours, still hot in our room. We went to front desk to tell them and the young girl that waited on us was very nice and helpful, but Cindy had to comment that it was hot outside and that we probably didn’t give it enough time to cool. She also made a comment under her breath that we probably were just trying to get an upgraded room for free. I told her that was NOT the case, and went back to talking to the nice young lady. She went to our room and verified that it was not working. At that time Cindy muttered something I couldn’t understand, and walked off. Thanks to the sweet young lady, I wish I could remember her name, she got us in another room. Cindy needs an attitude adjustment. My husband and I both work with the public everyday, and neither of us would EVER act like Cindy did to a customer. We have stayed here before, but may need to find another hotel when we come to town. I really wanted to give a one star, but the sweet young lady that helped us deserved a couple stars.
Sofa-bed was a back breaker!

Needed a place to stay for 3 weeks while house was being redone. Got a "suite" with a queen bed in one room and a sofa-bed in the other room. After two nights on the sofa-bed I was in extreme pain, needing a chiropractor. My daughter switched with me and ended up with terrible back pain. So my granddaughter slept on that bed for another night until we could move to a different hotel. WARNING, do not sleep in the sofa-bed in the 2nd floor suite. Traffic noise prevented restful sleep in either room.
