Clean hotel, friendly staff

We stayed for one night on our way to visit family in NY State. We were able to check in early afternoon due to being Bonvoy members. Dana at the front desk was very welcoming and gave us lots of information and a map of nearby restaurants and attractions.
Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast had a few hot items and was just what we needed not being big breakfast eaters. There was also a reception with food and drink in the evening (we did not attend).
There is a Kohl's and Wegmans next door for anything that you forget. There are probably 2 dozen restaurants within walking distance. Generally the town felt safe and was very clean.
Well kept hotel with reasonable pricing

On a recent trip to Gettysburg I stopped here for the night. Parking is complimentary next door in the municipal parking ramp. Walls of the room were a little thin. Unfortunately i did not have a reservation and had a ground floor room that picked up more noise than an upper level room would have. No buffet breakfast but the heat and go options were surprising tasty. Staff was friendly. Room came with a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable for the night.
Great Stay & Service, Quirky Technology

My fiancée, our dog, and I spent a night here on our way to visit family in New York State. The hotel is in a newer complex at the edge of downtown, a couple of blocks in from the highway and adjacent to two big box stores. Access is easy, and parking at the adjacent garage is free. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well.
Our studio suite was clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the best hotel beds we have slept in a long time. There was plenty of room to stretch out and for the dog to walk around (although there was a curious area of “trapped” unusable space behind the desk and dresser, which were next to each other at a 90 degree angle. The bathroom was extremely roomy, with a very nice shower. The only two quirks were a lack of door hooks and a shower knob that required two turns to obtain hot water.
The issue we did encounter was with the technology. First, when we tried to sign up for premium WiFi as part of my Bonvoy Gold membership, we kept being returned to the sign-in page. However, when we selected free WiFi, we were able to connect. Second, our TV did not show any more than the first 20 channels, and the TV crashed (turned off) twice while watching Netflix and again while watching TV (there was a note about rebooting for an update). Unplugging the TV and attached media hub to reset them seemed to fix the rebooting, but we didn’t dare try any other channels.
Service was friendly. The breakfast area was well stocked - while the food doesn’t wow you (the Canadian bacon was a bit dry, and the waffle mix was extremely slow to pour), it does the trick. I will note the clerk at check-in did not apply the pet fee or have me sign the necessary form, even though it was clear I had a leash in my hand and I had noted it in my reservation. Just to avoid trouble, I had this addressed at check-out.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again, though I hope the hotel could work through the tech bugs when they can.
Nice extended-stay property in downtown Williamsport

Spending a few days here, it's exactly what I've come to expect from Residence Inn, modern, clean, and convenient. The room was a bit more cramped than a usual RI, but that's likely due to the designers needing to cram more rooms into a smaller building, given the downtown environment. Free covered parking in the garage next door was nice, and the hotel is within walking distance of a Wegmans grocery store, not to mention all of downtown Williamsport. Right across the street from the city's main bus station too. Hotel staff was a bit inconsistent with mask wearing, but aside from that, cleaning and safety protocols were followed well from what I could see. Pool and fitness center were nice. Would definitely stay here again.
Great stay for business

I stayed here for what was supposed to be one night, but due to a snow storm had to add another night.
This hotel had the friendliest check in I’ve had with a Residence Inn. I was traveling with a small dog and the front desk manager was so kind to him and made him
feel welcomed too.
Room was clean and comfortable but would suggest the 4th floor ( nobody above you.) Great location if you need to travel to a few locations. There is a Wegmans grocery store (they sell beer and wine) as well as every food and home need.
There is also a department store for clothing needs as well. All right next door!
Highly suggest The James Restaurant for dinner which is located at the Holiday Inn across the street- private owner not a “hotel restaurant.”
Plan on always staying here when I’m Williamsport.
Thank you for a great experience!
