Will be back!
Opinión escrita el 2 de Novembre de 2020
On a business trip, stayed for three nights at Royalton. Quite impressed - very clean, very nice toiletries, quiet, very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Not a fancy hotel, so if you crave all the extras that the big chains offer, this hotel isn't for you. But for those on a budget, this is a great place to stay. One block away from a very good Chinese take-out restaurant, Happy Wok, that had very big portions for very reasonable prices - and actually offered handmade egg rolls (shrimp or pork!) and crab rangoons rather than the commercially made ones. Although no breakfast offered and the pool was closed due to the pandemic, this hotel was a good value for the money - and I'll be back!
A Clean, Quiet and Basic hotel

At the end of a street, so very quiet. Easy check in, nice owner. Hotel is older and décor needs updated but very clean. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Bathroom had some minor flaws like chipped ceiling paint, dried splatters of drywall mud on the floor and outlet in bathroom was missing it cover. The sink faucet when turned on came out full force and splashed everywhere.Breakfast was very simple, most everything was individual wrapped.
Felt it could be a little cheaper. I paid $93 a night but more like a $70 room. Would probably stay here again if I can't find anything cheaper.
Excellent ! Pet Friendly - Owner Managed

Spent 6 nights at the Royalton Inn and Suites April-May 2019. The host owner, Kumar, was most gracious. The room - immaculate - the grounds manicured with amp[e grass to accommodate a pet owner. Rooms very very quiet.. Daily maid service freshened towels and bedding.- yes they got a tip !! Complimentary continental breakfast included morning offerings in the reception area of hot coffee, plus orange or apple juice, nice selection of danish, donuts and toast, Cereal choices also available. My room was squeeky clean with what looked to be brand new carpeting. On arrival I requested a small lounge be removed to make room for my 3 large dog crates. Immediately it was done permitting me to have the space I needed to set them up. There was a ONE TIME pet charge which was only one fee, not a fee for multiple dogs, and not a fee for each night of the stay - most reasonable.. In room coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator (with small freezer) completed what I required for this extended stay. Desk area. Password protected WiFi and TV with multiple viewing offerings. Ample parking. Vending area with ice machine and other snacks. It is a fantastic affordable option as a place to stay when attending any f the events at the Roberts Cents and is under 10 minutes away> I in Wilmington for my dog breeds National Specialty and am so glad I chose this hotel. IT IS A DEFINITE WINNERS ! Thanks so much for a quiet relaxing stay. Convenient location with a neary by landrimat, breakfast and dinner restaurants.
Basic and quiet.

Front staff was excellent to deal with when booking. Very accommodating and flexible with change of dates etc.
It's an old hotel so it's run down with outdated decor but they are consistent with their cleaning and helpful to make sure all is okay with your stay. Off the path so it's relatively quiet. Good for a basic, no frills kind of stay.
The hotel needs a new cleaning staff and better breakfast

There were several problems with the room. The sink faucet handle came off and the sink was slow to drain. Housekeeping put the faucet back on but didn't fix it. One of the light bulbs was burned out. I unscrewed it and left it by the lamp. It just sat there. The room was clean except behind the bedside table was dirty and a top of a soda cup and straw were lying there. The phone did not work. The side door was not locked and the manager was rarely at the front desk. Breakfast was dismal. At 7:00 a.m. there was one apple left and only cheap bread products offered. When I arrived, I tried to cancel one night out of the three I reserved. The clerk said I had to go through Priceline to cancel it. I submitted a request through Priceline. It came back saying that Priceline had contacted the hotel and the same clerk refused to refund the one night. This was something he could have told me upfront!
