I have never had such a poor experience at a hotel before. Largely in part due to very bad customer service by the only employee that was working, a lady named Alicia. She barely greeted us. We had booked a suite for 3 adults and 2 kids plus a baby. I called in advance and asked if they had a crib and was told yes they’d make a note on our reservation. Upon check in an hour later, Alicia said she didn’t have a crib. Then she changed her story to she didn’t know where it was. Later it changed again to “I have one but it’s not sanitized and I work the front desk that’s not my job, so you can’t have it”. Unbelievable as we had to scramble to figure out how to provide sleeping arrangements for our baby on our own. The older children were sleeping on the sofa bed. We had three bags of pillows and blankets in the room closet, however EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS DIRTY AND USED!! All had black hairs, eyelashes and even makeup stains on them! Apparently housekeeping just rebags the used extra linen and pillows so beware. Disgusted, I walked two of the bags down to Alicia as she failed to answer the phone after trying to call from the room three times. Her response when I explained all three bags of linens were dirty with hair and stains?? Well she said “You shouldn’t even have three bags only two come with the room, where did you get it from?!” Ummm, we got it FROM OUR ROOM lady. After I physically had to show her the hair and stains on both sets she sullenly agreed to bring me new linen but demanded I had to “wait here” in the lobby and carry it back up myself. What freaking service right?! Would’ve been better off at the $60/night budget motel than here! The chair and sofa had stains on them, our beds had hairs under the covers. Whoever does laundry needs to wear a hairnet or something because their long thick black hair is on EVERYTHING. All the shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles were open and previously used by the last guest and housekeeping just left them there. We had 6 people in the room and were left 4 towels. We asked for 4 more so that we could all shower the chlorine off our bodies tonight, and two extra for my husband and I to shower in the morning before a long day of driving in the car. Alicia gave my husband one towel and said “that’s all you get”. I went one and demanded more towels as we didn’t even have enough for each person in the suite. After arguing with me, she gave me ONE more. This still didn’t help us with having dry towels for the morning. She literally could not care less. She smirked and said “you can talk to my Manager Jennifer Jones tomorrow at check out”. Smirked! Of course Jennifer wasn’t there at check out and only sent me a generic “sorry you weren’t happy” email that addressed zero issues. We even called the Radisson customer service and they called Alicia at the front desk WHILE we were on hold with them and they relayed to me that they tried to convince Alicia to clean the crib for us and give us the two towels we needed, but she told THEM NO TOO! Who is the owner of this franchised location? They should be made aware that their employee Alicia is losing them business. We will never stay at a Country Inn and Suites again, which is sad because on this same trip we enjoyed another location in North Carolina which had fantastic employees, but now we are done. If this had been a Hampton Inn, you better believe this wouldn’t have happened. Why give a paying customer a hard time over an extra towel? Why refuse to sanitize the crib so their baby could sleep in it because you feel that’s not your job?! The breakfast sucked too. They were out of food the entire time. What we did receive was nasty…rubbery eggs, bacon as thin and over cooked as possible, and watery waffle batter that couldn’t produce a single waffle. Worst of all Alicia seemed to enjoy giving us a hard time and the absent manager that couldn’t be bothered to reach out properly and address all our DOCUMENTED ISSUES with the hotel and Radisson. Stay anywhere else!!!!

This hotel is a joke. Do not waste your money here. There was a giant wet stain in the middle of our floor when we got there. There was people's food leftover in the fridge. The pool is super tiny and can maybe fit 2 people. The fitness center has nothing worth using in it. Then when you have a family emergency and have to leave a day early... and you ask for a refund for the 1 day you didn't stay. They tell you that you stayed the full time and never check out. So add liars to that list of reasons not to go here.

We chose this hotel on our trip north based on ratings from trip advisor and AAA. Needed a pet friendly place while traveling with our cats. Trip Advisor gave it 4 stars and AAA 3 diamonds with “Best of Housekeeping”. When we entered the room there was a giant roach dead on the floor. When I had to move the tables next to the bed because our cats went behind the bed I found smaller dead roaches and food crumbs and some trash. I took a photo of the roach and returned to the desk. The clerk was very apologetic but said no one was available to remove it but did make notes about it and said to tell clerk upon checkout for a discount. So I returned to the room gloves and tissue in hand and flushed the critter. I also recommended to the clerk at checkout that housekeeping move the tables and clean under them which she said she would note. Very disappointing !

Clean, quiet room. Easy on/off I-95. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. To the reviewer who dropped the score because their room was warm, a couple of pushes of a button on the thermostat lowers the temp - this tip may come in handy down the road in other hotels. It has a pet-friendly floor, the WiFi and TV worked perfectly. For $95 I couldn't ask for more.
Can't get anyone to answer phone regarding my refund. DO not use this chain at all if you need assistance with anything

Can't get anyone to answer phone regarding my refund. DO NOT use this chain at all if you need assistance with anything!!!!! I cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival and was only given 1/2 refund after being told I would receive the full amount.
