Great place for a couples getaway

Great place near the centre.
Clean, luxurious and perfect for a getaway.
We stayed in room 1A. The room was very large and we had our own private bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower.
The breakfast was help yourself which is great as can have breakfast anytime! It consists of cereal, toast, bagels, cookies, jams and spreads. Plus coffee, juice or tea.
Parking is great as it is free if you can get on drive.
The cars on the site are parked behind one another. Don't worry you do not get blocked in as the people there know who owns the cars and everyone leaves their cars keys I their rooms to allow the hotel owners to move them.
Would stay again
Home away from home.... excellent accommodation in an ideal location

As a family (myself, my wife and a 5 year old), we normally book into hotels when we are away from home.
Having looked at some photos and previous reviews we decided to stay at Alma House as our first b and b experience and we are so glad we did.
The place is easy to find with the sat nav as it's on a fairly large road. Parking was the only issue but this is easily resolvable and I will get to that later
We booked room 5 which was the annex cottage at the rear of the property. Once we arrived we buzzed the intercom to the office and were met by a really helpful member of staff. Within 2 minutes we were in our room and showed all the facilities.
The cottage had a double bed and a single for my son. This single could be opened to provide another bed also for larger families.
We had all the amenities you could want or need, which included a dining table, plates, cutlery, a microwave and a television.
The bathroom was extremely clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels.
It was great to see just how much the management provided for their customers. Within our room we had bagels, bread, jams, cereals (for adults and kids), teas, coffees, got chocolates and fruit. We also had orange juice and milk provided. All the above is re-stocked every day also which is an added bonus.
The management also provide 2 small bottles of prosecco as a welcome drink if that takes your fancy.
The location is ideal....a quick 10 minute walk to Windsor castle one way and a 5 minute drive to Legoland in the other direction.
Once it was time to check out just simply buzz the office again and hand the keys back. As we left early staff were not there so we simply posted them through the door. Very quick and easy
Now onto parking....as others have said it's a bit of an issue but there is an easy and fairly inexpensive way around it.
One option is to park on the driveway itself for free. This is fine however other residents may block you in. When we were there all the cars had their mobile numbers displayed so if you needed to leave you could call and get out easily..
As we were leaving early upon check out we did not want to disturb anybody so we did the following: directly opposite the b and b there is a road with a sign which says Windsor business park. If you drive round there is a small car park (approx 30 cars) which you can pay £6.40 for 12 hours. For Windsor this is really cheap!!!!! Be warned this car park is 24 hrs so if you decide to stay longer you wil need to pay more.
After 8pm the on street parking on Alma Road is free until 8am. A trick is to park up after 8pm (plenty of spaces) and pay £1.30, this will last until 10am. As we were at Legoland from 9am this option was the best and cheapest for us.
Back to the accommodation itself. Really modern and clean. We were not disturbed at all (apart from the planes but that can't be helped!!!!!)
It was definitely a home away from home and we will 100% use again
Great location, quiet and welcoming

Despite visiting during lockdown and not seeing anyone during my stay, everything was provided. Once you’ve negotiated a slightly complicated out-of-hours arrival process, the room is great with plenty of parking nearby. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and well designed. Breakfast in the morning was self-service and decent.

We arrived in Windsor for a relatives funeral and found the hotel we had booked into was actually closed with no notification to us, we were left scambling around in a panic and contacted Alma b&b who were more than happy to help us & thankfully had availability and accepted us at such short notice m. Very happy with the service.
