This is my second time here . Check in real smooth , and when I got to my room it has that fresh deodorized frangrance that’s very important to me . The room and bath immaculate . The staff really friendly and the location is not bad and accessible Lyft. I would recommend ..

Last time stayed with my family and enjoyed the hotel rooms a lot. Front desk staff Priya was really helpful and informative. Price was affordable. Location of hotel is also good since it is quite around there.
Well...had fun in the pool and whirlpool at least.
I rated average cause as others had said, the room wasn't so clean. Bed was comfortable. Needs some improvements, especially in the area of customer service, and I usually found the desk clerk sitting inside the office talking on her cell phone and acted annoyed to have to come out. Continued talking to person on phone while I was talking to her. Just not the friendly warm how can I help you type person...just doing what she had to do, without the customer courtesy! The housekeepers were fantastic, got more information about the hotel from them than the desk clerk. One was so sweet and wanting to help me carry in...and again when it came time to carry things out to the car upon leaving. Offered her a tip, but she said no...precious lady! Had an issue in my room, but the manager was on site and came and took care of it right away, when he heard about it. I had told a housekeeper, and within minutes he arrived, handled the situation right away, and was very apologetic. I would stay again, but hope next time the desk staff would at least show some customer courtesy. They are the first person you see and so first impressions go a long way. This lack of "customer courtesty/service was seen when I checked in...during and when I checked out.
clean and affordable
We had a good two-night stay at this hotel. The gentleman that checked us in noticed I needed accommodations on the first floor. We stayed in 101 which was precisely what we needed. The room was clean and efficient. The hot breakfast was good and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. I only wish the beds were bigger than double beds since my kids seem to move around a lot while sleeping! Overall, I would recommend if looking for a simple hotel to stay at while in the area.
Terrible
Won’t ever be staying here again. Very rude staff and saw a bug in my room! I asked to talk to a manager, first she said I couldn’t talk to him and then the receptionist acted like she was the manager until I insisted and then she finally got the manager on the phone with me.
