Onsite Beach was a definite plus. Lots of gas grills around the property (we had 4 near are villa) making eating in a money saving plus. Laundry was another plus. Coin op only so bring quarters if you will need to do wash. Very reasonable $1 was $1.50 dry. Lots of parking near the Villa, easy in and out. Many excellent restaurants in the immediate (not walkable) area. Some had limited hours so check first.
Great place to stay on the Cape!!

We had a two bedroom, two bath cottage. Complete kitchen. Amenities are modified due to covid. Pool reservations required to keep crowds to 10 or under. Lovely location, private beach. Staff extremely accommodating.

Beautifully decorated two bedroom cottage with well-stocked kitchen. Skylights allowed more natural light in. Very quiet location and maybe 10 minutes walk to the beach. All staff are friendly & helpful.
Nice stay except for health concerns

They touched towels and left a tool in the bathroom and the unit was no longer sanitized. The Manager got belligerent when I brought it up on checking out and handled it very poorly...
