Warm Small Hotel

A nice typical hotel in Jogja which is built on a narrow land with limited parking space and small lobby. The hotel is only 2km from Malioboro and walking distance to Pakualaman. Friendly and warm gesture at frontdesk during checked in by Taufik. But unfortunately no tumbler glass and kettle jug for make a hot water in the rooms. The hotel and rooms need maintenance and a bit attention to details (cleanliness). Thank you will comeback to this hotel oneday!

We Stay From Nov 28th 2021 Good Pool & Cleanlines But Bad attitude from Reseptionist Mrs Gwen Maria who doesn't Have Smile As Hospitality at All. She Really Need Training As well & How to Handle Complain from Manager Incharge Especially This Hotel Is part Of SBI Group

Zest jl. Gajah mada yogyakarta seems not properly working as a hotel for now, since we check in they gave us room without clean it first from the past guest, and moved us to another room and the room smells bad, the housekeeping when we ask room fragrance they tell us hotel doesnt have anymore, and the bathroom not clean enough, all the hotel staff didnt wearing mask on this covid 19 protocol, and im sure enough they not clean the room with standart protocol covid 19 We used to stay at zest om others city, but this one need to be a lot of improvement.

Nice and kindly staff,,good location,,comfy bed...unfortunately i didn’t have a breakfast here,,so can’t say about the food,,and other things,,i only short stay here,,mostly go outside to meeting..but overall is good hotel... Need a kettel at room..

Perfect Accommodation Choice with Great Hospitality

So happy to back to this lovely city. Zest Hotel is always being my top priority when visit this special city. The location is very strategic, nearby city, Malioboro, Lempuyangan station etc. Zest Hotel will be your perfect accommodation choice during stay in this city. I was greet by Chacha, Rindi, and Aditya that assist during check in time. They were awesome, understand and know how to make the customer feels like home. Putra also give very quick service when i asking to deliver something to my room. The restaurant was good as always, Eka greet me with warm smile. Well, this is not my first stay at this hotel. And definitely so happy to stay again. The room was good, clean, and tidy. The Room Attendant have great hospitality. On this occasion was so special, since i went with my wife. The service was beyond my imagination, since they give us a memorable surprise in the room. Well we are not asking any special arrangement during reservation, but they did it. So touchfull ;-) Thank you Zest for always being my second home in Jogja and make our vacation more and more than happy ^_^
