- The Fantastic Christmas Factory is a theatrical show where viewers watch from chairs, bleachers or lounges according to the reservation.
- After the purchase is made, no changes of attraction or dates will be allowed.
- The show starts at 8:30 pm with an average duration of 60 minutes. Gates open at 7:00 pm.
