- * The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center has a strict no bag policy - you can only bring your wallet, telephone, camera, and bottled water. Lockers available * Free parking is available onsite There is a secured locker room facility being managed by the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center located near the entrance of the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park. $3.00 per bag, only luggage weighing up to 50 lbs. can be checked in. Please check in with your confirmation at the Pearl Harbor Virtual Reality Center between 8 am to 3 pm, located in the courtyard of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. All equipment is provided and it’s easy to use * Come early, each day there are an additional 1,300 free movie/boat tickets to the _USS Arizona Memorial_ - given out at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center on a first come, first served basis; gates open at 7:00
