Kids under 4 get in free. * Show your smartphone ticket at the Hornblower Cruises & Events office, between K and L Street - the L Street Dock (see map) * Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure to do the check-in * Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure Getting to the dock: * Ramp access between the Hornblower Ticket Booth and Rio City Cafe (the steepness of the ramp varies by season and water level) * Stairs access located to the right of Rio City Cafe * Elevator access located at the Delta King (please note that the supplier does not operate this elevator and cannot guarantee its operation)
