- No animals allowed, with the exception of guide dogs. With the exception of parts of the Rock Garden, the Utrecht University Botanic Gardens are wheelchair accessible. Disabled toilets are available in both the Entrance Building and the Tropical Greenhouses. A number of loaner wheelchairs are available for people with mobility problems. Getting there = * The Utrecht University Botanic Gardens are located at Utrecht Science Park, approximately 5 km from the center of Utrecht. The venue is easily accessible by car, bicycle, or public transport. Alight at the Padualaan or Botanische Tuinen / Botanic Gardens stop * There are various car parks in the vicinity that can be accessed free of charge on weekends Free: kids under 13, Museumkaart holders, carers of disabled visitors with a guide card and students and staff of Utrecht University and Utrecht University of Applied Sciences with valid student card.
